They ignored all calls and emails. Absolutely disgusting!

Was thinking about testing their website, luckily have found some reviews on them here. They've already closed the website, now it's:
502 Bad Gateway
Host Not Found or connection failed

had an order with them in December didn't receive it after loads of emails left loads of voicemails no reply. I did find him social media and I did recieve my order by special delivery. it looks like he's gone out of business now. I was one of the lucky ones

Ordered 30/12/2017 emailed them and called them to no avail. Phone straight to voicemail avoid them like the plague

Great looking web site but that's where it ends. They take your money and don't supply any goods. If you try to phone them all you get is an answer-phone, leave a message but you won't get a call back. Send an email but all you get is an automated email reply. I am hoping to get £49.99 back from them for the Ijoy Capo ordered but not holding out much hope. Can anyone set up a fictitious website and con people out of heir money or is it illegal?

Absolute thieves.
They sold me a ijoy capo and my order has been processing for over a month. They are back in stock on the website for the second time since I ordered. No response to a multitude of emails and they never answer the phone despite calling and various times of the day.
Avoid this scamming lot at all costs.

Ordered product and never received. No replies to messages or phone calls. Disgusting service....just want my £49.99 back!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

They have next to no stock and are doing what you call 'drop shipping' and that was my experience. Ordered in October but didn't receive anything for 2 months.

Poor communication altogether and quite arrogant attitude.

Lucky Paypal sorted me a refund.

Have a read on different forums before you decide to lose your money!

Don't buy from this site unless you want to wait months for it to be sent (if ever).
Bought a Wasp Nano Resin but never got it. Put in a PayPal claim and got a partial refund.

No item sent,no customer service,nobody answers your calls

Like all others here, I wish I'd searched for reviews before buying, I certainly will for unfamiliar companies in future. Ordered an item and asked where it was after a few weeks, no response to that or further emails.
Fortunately I was able to make a PayPal claim and got my money back in my PayPal account, which I have now used to purchase the same item from a reputable seller.
If you have ordered from this company, used PayPal and have also had no communication, I would put a claim in asap.

Wish I'd looked on here first before ordering.... over a month waiting.. called and they said there had been a mix up... 2 weeks later still nothing.
Having to go through paypal to claim money back and they are not responding.

Dont send your items and dont get your money back. What you DO get, is blocked! Avoid like a plagued mother-in-law

I would give zero stars.

I ordered an RDA and Vape Goons my favourite juice!!! However after nearly 2 months no response and no replies to countless emails about where my product is.

I emailed 4 times, no response. I filed a paypal complain which they didnt even respond to and PAYPAL refunded me.

They reported my review on trustpilot as defamatory. This upset me further as they had time to accomplish this action. Yet, did not help me to get the products I paid nor respond to friendly queries.

From the actions taken by this company I can only say VapingGuru has a lack of customer service and business logistic skills. This is based on the factual events that occurred in my dealing with them.

Do not use this company. Terrible customer service and dodgy buisness practices. Pre-ordered in Sept for a mid Oct arrival. 6 weeks later and no delivery email, no apology and zero contact. I emailed several times and each time was ignored. I resorted to contact through Facebook and was given lies. I found out that I was one of hundreds of people all in the same boat. I created a PayPal dispute and asked for tracking info or a refund. They gave a full refund but it makes me think that they never had any intention of delivering the product I ordered. Again, Do Not Use The Vaping Guru!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a pulse squonker and never received waiting patiently for over a month before emailing and then getting ignored. Asked in their Facebook page and get ignored. I put in a PayPal dispute and PayPal refunded me not the vaping guru.
They show items in stock on their website the items haven't left the manufacturer. Horrendous customer service and slate anyone trying to get answers.
This company needs shutting down. Do not buy from the vaping guru

Total scammers. Absolutely unacceptable. No contact for a week after order, the second I put a complaint through PayPal the send an email saying I've been refunded. Nothing in my bank though. Will take this further with Paypal.
