Brilliant service
We have been nothing than totally satisfied with The Villa Agencys service. At every step, from booking through to security deposit refund, we had fantastic communication. On the one occasion we had an issue while away (no pool towells) it was resolved immediately by the house manager, and the UK head office called to ensure resolution. Quite simply a brilliant service all round, and villa owners should be aware of this as well.

All the staff are extremely helpful and efficient, both the home office and our local manager. Villa always clean and all you need for a holiday 'base'.
Lots of good 'local' advice and contacts in the "info pack"at the villa, helps you confidently settle in. Have used them for many years, and can thoroughly recommend them.

Nothing is too much bother
Nothing was too much bother from the first enquiry to returning the security deposit after an amazing holiday! We did have a couple of problems with the villa which were addressed quickly. The villa was good value for money and the location was simply breath taking. We have used the villa agency many times and they have been great each and every time!

Easy to use website
Easy to use website, good communication and information provided both during the booking process and afterwards. It was a pleasant surprise to have a call from the agency a couple of days into the holiday to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again!

Disappointed by absence of Agency…
Disappointed by absence of Agency representative when arriving at the villa. Visit the following day by someone who obviously didn't know the property well. Otherwise, everything went according to plan.

I immediately contacted your house manager find to find out why she was not there upon arrival and she explained that, as you were arriving after 9pm in the evening, she was unable to meet you on arrival but provided all the instructions for a self check in. We understand someone visited you the next morning and showed you around the house. We are sorry if this was not how you expected it to be but we are delighted that you had a lovely holiday and hope to hear from you again in the future.
