Rang for a price for battery change and reseal on a Seiko perpetual calendar watch, quote was more than Seiko and I was told they would need some instructions on how to reset the perpetual date which I found amusing from such technically qualified watch repair specialists !, no thanks Watch Hospital off to Seiko it goes......

I dropped my Omega Seamaster and it stopped working.
I feared a repair bill well into 3 figures.
Watch Hospital Huddersfield repaired it for a modest price. I was delighted.
In future all my watches will go to this shop for repair new batteries or service. I thoroughly recommend this shop.

Brilliant service.

I have had two expensive watches repaired here. One a vintage model. I have had nothing but professional customer service. Stevie ,who is the manager couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was to much trouble, and went out of her way to offer help.
I have recommended the watch hospital to many of my friends.
Well done, and thank you so much.
Carol.

I am very pleased with the quick and efficient service

I am very pleased with the quick and efficient service I received at the Watch Hospital in Chapelfield Norwich, they fixed a broken winder, which I thought was beyond repair. Also I had a watch that I couldn't wear as I had lost the extension links for the strap. This was fixed quickly and I am so pleased to be able to wear it again. I would highly recommend this store.

Visited for first time this week and returned several days later with another watch. 2 watches, 3 issues to resolve - the service, knowledge and assistance was excellent. Served by Ian and Andy - thanks for your help and advice. I have no hesitation in recommending this shop

Saved my watch

Had an unfortunate accident with my Fossil watch and the glass was pretty much smashed to pieces.
Popped in to Timpson "£56 just to order the glass, then we will have to open it and see if the broken pieces blablabla".
Popped in to the watch hospital "listen it looks very bad; not sure if the glass has gone inside and damaged the machine...do you know what let me open and see...long story short £40 , 45minutes later with my beautiful watch back on my arm". Thank you! Totally recommend 'The watch hospital in Luton Mall'.

Leeds White Rose The Watch Hospital generous gentleman.

Went to Leeds White Rose centre and took my tangled necklace to The Watch Hospital for detangling expecting to pay up for the service. Surprisingly after my necklace was detangled the gentleman there told me that he had done it for free. I couldn’t believe my ears and I offered to him a few quid but he put the money in a charity box. The same gentleman fixed a clock for an elderly lady and he told her that he had done that free of charge.
Thank you mr Watch fixer (didn’t take his name).

Are they crazy

Are they crazy, do they think I fell off a Christmas tree? Did not have the right size battery at home for my watch and could not be bothered to order more, so, as I was going into Norwich thought I would just pop in to Watch Hospital to get a new one fitted, I knew I would pay more than the 10p battery cost, thought maybe £5 or£6!
Went up to counter and asked price to fit new battery, the man asked what make of watch, I replied Omega. That will be £45. WHAT!!!!!
I walked away in disgust. Avoid this place at all cost.
I ordered 10 new batteries from eBay for £1.15 delivered and will do the 2 Minuit job myself for under 12p.
How do they stay in business?
Do not use the watch hospital in Norwich Chapelfield Mall, they will rip you off.

new battery

Had a new battery, reseal and pressure test on my watch, prompt service and my watch was repaired within the hour. All other jewellers were quoting 6 weeks. The cost for this work was also very good value
