Alex went above and beyond to help sort my service out. The third watch he has helped with me. I cannot reccommend the Watch Professional highly enough. Good clear communication.

Professional by name, and professional by nature. Alex was brilliant when servicing my Lemania 5100. Many watchmakers won’t work on that movement but he was very happy to. Communication was excellent and he was very knowledgeable and thorough, even able to source a rare part that needed replacing. Thank you!

I recently purchased a watch from a well known utuber that looked nice, was well finished, but the time keeping was aweful.

Repeated attempts to get the seller to respond failed so in desperation I consulted Alex. Fantastic service from start to finish and most important I felt he had my interests in mind when we discussed the action that needed to be taken. I am very happy with the result, better than I hoped and now well within expected performance for this movement.

I couldn’t recommend The Watch Professional more highly. From my first communication with Alex it was obvious that he is a knowledgable and diligent professional. The watch in question was a Rolex which my late husband left to my son. Hence, as it seems many customers of Alex’s are, it was of huge sentimental value. The watch arrived back last week and neither my son or I could believe how wonderful it looked and, as you would expect, it is working perfectly.

I now have plans to send my own Rolex to Alex…

Having been left my Omega constellation 712 vintage by my dad who passed away in October. It was a big decision who to service it and a decision that was not made lightly due to the sentimental value attached to the watch.
The reviews gave me the confidence to trust Alex with my watch.
And I could not be happier having received it back this week and it looks like new. And the packaging it was returned in was very good indeed.
Communication was spot on all along the way.

It was a bit daunting sending my 1950s 14ct gold square automatic vintage Omega ‘Cioccolatone’ watch, to nearly 300 miles away, for a repair and service from where I live ,but the communication with Alex was good and assuring, and with the results I just couldn't be happier ,

Alex gave me a clear, detailed estimate, including items which were optional. I made my selection and sent off my watch - a 1970's Omega Seamaster which belonged to my father.
I was kept informed of prgress and when the work was completed I received a set of excellent interior photgraphs, and made my payment.

Des[pite Christmas postal delays, i received the parcel with my watch which looked wonderful.

I have every confidence in Alex's work and would highly recommend him.

My heart was in my mouth sending my Vintage Longines watch off into the unknown. M|y fears were groundless. Alex gave an accurate estimate as to the cost of servicing and to how long before the work could be started and completed and answered any queries in a timely manner. I was informed when watch was dispatched and arrived the next day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

Alex provides a first class professional service without any fuss at a reasonable price. My watch was very tatty and tired when sent it to him for a full service and repair. It came back looking as good as new. I am very happy with the service and the end result so very happy to recommend.

Recently had a Tudor Pelagos serviced for it's first time. Alex kept me informed all the way through and the watch was returned to me running well within COSC spec and looking great.

Watch repair completed (was not working previously) and returned looking like new. Alex kept me in the loop and sent pictures of the movement as he was working on it. Took a little longer than originally quoted though was over the summer so can accept this. Very happy with the service overall, will use again when I need him.

Over the past year or so my sons and I have had 4 watches repaired and serviced by Alex.
We've all been very impressed with all stages of the service, from notification that watches have been received, initial findings and additional cost estimates and then the repair, test and return processes. Nice to see photos of the watch under repair. Great to have the watches back and have them running much more accurately than they have ever done. As an engineer I do appreciate knowing which parts have been replaced and the effort involved. Also very competitively priced service.
