From the start when I was looking for someone to do the job, the communication was great. Knowledgeable and reassuring that my watch was going to someone who knew what they were doing and would take care of it. As the process went on the communication was great and the finished job fantastic.

I used the Watch Professional for the first time and was a little wary of sending my Tag off in the post but I was informed as soon as it arrived and I have been kept informed of progress throughout the service period. I will happily use The Watch Professional again and recommend him as his service is excellent.

Alex serviced my beloved 25 year old Omega SMP 300 for the first time and I could not be more happier with the result.

He fixed a bezel issue with the watch and gave it a light re finishing which has given it a new lease of life while retaining the character of the watch.

The service I received really was first rate. Excellent communication and updates throughout and the finished article was very impressive. A truly professional service for a very fair price. I think the value offered by The Watch Professional is exceptional.

I will definitely use Alex’s services again for other pieces and cannot recommend him or the whole experience highly enough.

It’s a massive worry posting off something of great value both sentimentally and financially to a person you don’t know. There are a lot of people I would not trust with such a task.
I’m so glad I’ve found someone I can trust who doesn’t charge crazy Rolex prices and quite literally goes the extra mile to give you what you want.

Alex is a master at his craft. I sent him my 24 year old Seamaster for its one and only service so far since new.
The watch had a developed a crown that would not screw down and was losing approximately 1 minute per day.
I received my watch back after several progress updates all fully fixed and keeps time better than when it was new.

I decided to send my Omega Planet Ocean mechanical watch to Alex at The Watch Professional. I had read many positive reviews about his work and had seen on his website previous work completed . My watch required a service and replacement hour wheel. Alex kept me updated of the work being completed and even sent me step by step photographs of my watch being stripped down and serviced. The cost of servicing and repair was much more favourable that using the official Omega network! My watch was returned by Special Delivery working perfectly, as good as new, together with a certificate of service and guarantee. I can highly recommend The Watch Professional. I have just received my Breitling Superocean Chronograph back from Alex following various repairs, a full service and a polish. I am seriously impressed with the quality of his work and his fantastic level of communication keeping me regularly updated on progress. He also offers excellent value for money, indeed Alex charged me less than initially quoted as less parts were required than envisaged.
I cannot recommend Alex highly enough, he truly is a consummate professional and offers a level of service rarely seen in the 21st century

Alex has done a fantastic job on my late fathers vintage Lemania watch , several other watch makers wrote this watch of after having it for a year but Alex swiftly made light work of it.

Just received my omega plant ocean watch back today after being serviced by Alex a great service from start to finish kept informed all through the process would recommend anyone who needs they mechanical watch repaired or serviced.

What can I say that hasn’t been said already !
Trusted Alex to service my Omega De Ville Coaxial Chronometer and refit the sweep hand.
I was a little concerned about popping my treasured timepiece into a Jiffy bag and sending it registered post it but thankfully all went well and and an eagerly awaited emai was received from Alex informing me that my watch had been delivered - so far so good 😊
Alex kept me informed of all progress - charged a reasonable fee for his excellent service and returned the watch to me looking great and running perfectly (now remember quality service takes time - weeks not days !)
Absolutely delighted with the service I received from Alex and will in due course be sending my other timepieces to him.

It’s quite a leap of Faith for anyone to part with an heirloom. Safer to send to the maker?
I took a gamble and after speaking with Alex, and researching his company, I parted with my 54 year old Omega.
- Absolutely nothing to worry about -
Prompt initial inspection, followed by regular updates re progress.
Watch looks as good as new.
Cost for this top notch service was significantly less than a manufacturer service.
Alex has a Base price for a Service. Parts incur an additional charge.
Most manufacturers have a much higher Base price, but Parts are included.
Alex will advise as to what’s required. So if the likely cost of repairs are high you have the option of just paying return postage.
Nothing to fault.
Will use again.
This quality of service is a rarity these days.

Value for money and a great professional experience

I highly recommend Alex at The Watch Professional as he provided a fantastic level of service and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with his company in the future.

The service he provided was outstanding from start to finish. I sent my 16 year-old Omega Seamaster to Alex for a full service and case brighten early last month. The watch was completely dismantled and each part individually checked for signs of wear and damage. Alex replaced the crown, rev wheel and main spring. All the parts were ultrasonically cleaned before the watch was re-assembled and freshly re-oiled. Alex’s communication was exceptional as he kept me informed about his progress on a regular basis.

The watch was returned this week and looks as good as new. I am absolutely delighted. I will definitely be using The Watch Professional again in the future

I contacted The Watch Professional when my Panerai stopped winding earlier this year. Alex diagnosed the possible fault and I then proceded to send it in for a repair, service and light polish.

When Alex recieved the watch he quickly confirmed the fault and cost for the repairs.
