I took a friend to try out macrame, will def be back for another workshop, it was a delight beginning to end.
If nothing else just go to look at the plants is a fabulous shop

With a range of experience, knowledge and stock, it was Easy to order the plant I was looking for. I was able to specify the delivery date. The plant was healthy abs swell cared for.

Small print says items may look different
Says in the small print that items may not be as photographed so I was sent plants completely different colours to what was photographed.
While this isn't illegal it's definitely pesky and I'm disappointed I spent money on plants I do not want.

Whilst we do include a note about natural variation in our product descriptions and in our packaging, we completely understand how frustrating it can be to receive something that looks quite different from what you were expecting.
The Fittonia in question sadly won’t be coming back into stock, and we’re currently updating the website photos to better reflect what’s available. Thank you for highlighting the confusion, as it’s really helpful feedback for us.
If you’d like a refund for the plants you weren’t happy with, just drop us an email and we’ll get that sorted right away. We’re also always happy to work with you to find alternatives if you'd prefer an exchange.
