Ordered 2 items told a while after I ordered one wasn't available. Asked by email what I'd like to do replied but nothing happened. Phoned to sort out my order I think they were having a problem with there phone and could here abusive language. So very frustrated with the whole experience.

Nice model and good service
They had a stand at Sywell 2024 but did not have the Sea Vixen I wanted. Despite that they honoured their show price when I ordered on-line the following week. Prompt delivery and a nice model. Response to queries via email was very prompt but not so good if you use the land line as it reverted to an answering service on the three occasions I tried it and I did not get a call back. Stick with the mobile number or email.
