WARNING buyer beware
I ordered 2 pairs of slip shorts. The first package got lost at the post office and I contacted customer service asking them to initiate a mail search request with the post office but they didn’t do it. They told me they were sorry and going to expedite a free replacement but it wasn’t free as I already paid for it. The second package did not arrive either. The tracking said it was handed to someone at my address which is a blatant lie as I was home all day waiting for the package. They said they won’t refund my money because you can’t return undergarments but I’m not returning anything because I still don’t have my order after over 20 days. There is no phone number and the email is sus. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I had to file a dispute through my financial institution to get my money back.
I just wanted the underwear but I’m so deflated by this experience. They aren’t even trying to appease me in any way. Total bum out. They did not issue a refund. My bank issued the refund. They said they couldn’t refund my money so in order to appease me they were going to send another two pair for free. Nor will they help me do a search with my local post office to locate the package. They did communicate with me but the support I received was lousy and again BEWARE. SAVE YOUSELF THE HASSLE and shop somewhere else.

I purchased the Cargo style mainly for travelling and I can't fault the product for comfort, being lightweight and perfect for exercising or under clothing. However, the "wiff wiff" sound of my legs rubbing was not expected and somewhat unwanted. Maybe others won't hear it, but I do and I can't unhear it either.

I had an issue with my order and the customer service agent solved the issue! I’ve been buying these for 5 years and they are so great. I wear them for all kinds of situations or times. I wear the longer ones as shorts at home, especially the cooling one in the summer! I wear them with a long t shirt. I wear them to bed and lounging. So amazing wearing them under skirts or dresses. The fit is perfect, even if I get a size above or below my actual size they still fit, they aren’t tight around the waist or dig into your stomach. They are one of my best purchases.

I had an issue when I ordered where I used Shop and didn’t realize my Shop account had the wrong delivery address on file… it was so close just the wrong address. I contacted customer service and they got back to me quickly, kindly, AND sent me a new package!! Not only that but the product itself is fantastic.

I purchased some shorts from here several years ago and they were great, but maybe a little thick for summer. I just purchased the cooling shorts and they are great. They fit well and stay in place- I hardly know I am wearing them. Would definitely buy again

These might be the most amazing shorts I’ve ever worn.
As a plus size (3XL/4XL) girlie, I’m always nervous about “big sizes” but these are fantastic! Great fit, brilliant colours, and amazing quality. They work under dresses or even just as sports shorts - comfortable enough for at the gym AND all-day wear without being see through or riding up. Definitely going back to order more.
Customer service is outstanding. One of my pairs had a loose thread on the gusset and I was concerned about separation. Within hours of emailing them, they had replied to my concerns and issued a new pair!!

I have been a Thigh Society customer for a few years now and love their slip shorts - original, cooling and cargo. I also love that they cater for women of colour with their shades, and would like more variety in the Australian store.
I recently needed to exchange some shorts that I purchased for my teenage daughter, whose size I miscalculated due to an adolescent growth spurt. Their customer service was exemplary. Highly responsive, customer-focused and efficient. Not only did they provide great guidance around sizing, but they also replaced two of the slip shorts with the correct size at no extra cost. I was very taken aback by their generosity and will remain a loyal customer. 💖💖💖

I initially got a 5 inch length pair that was not staying in place. I emailed thighsociety not really expecting a response back. Not only did I get a response, Kodiak offered lots of advice on what I can try, and also ended up suggesting and sending me a different pair to try that worked amazingly! Will defiantly be buying another pair of the 9 inch cotton shorts.

I had a manufacturers problem with one pair of the slip shorts I ordered, and customer service was wonderful and quick in fixing the problem. I do love the product and will definitely be a repeat customer . Nice to see a company stand behind their product.

Thank you Amy for your amazing customer service! I had my elbows up and was prepared for "the customer service fight", but it never happened. My package was lost, and Amy replaced it. Sorry that my review isn't "exciting" with crazy details, but that's not the kind of customer service experience Thigh Society creates. Plain and simple fantastic customer service. Thanks again!!! I have made a few orders through this company and I have never had any issues. I received one pair and after only wearing them once or twice they seemed to tear and when I contacted the company and sent a photo, they sent me another pair for no charge. Recently, I ordered one pair and by accident they sent me two of the same thing. I contacted them to let them know that I got an extra pair and they replied back to just keep it. I have never had any issues with this company and I love the products.

I recently had an excellent customer service experience with Thigh Society! In my most recent order, I received an item that was significantly smaller than it should have been. I reached out to customer service and provided some photos, to which they responded within a few hours. 24 hours later, they had rectified the situation and shipped me a replacement pair. I understand that mistakes are bound to happen, that’s life. It’s more about how someone responds to that mistake, and Thigh Society handled it in the best possible way. I’m very thankful and appreciative of the helpful, kind, and prompt customer service that I received!

I love this company, the products are just what I had been looking for for years. Something to wear under dresses to stop the chub rub but not be tight and uncomfortable. I first got a few pairs to wear on vacation to Hawaii, I liked them so much I ordered more while still on vacation. My most recent order was marked as delivered by the post office but didn’t show up. The post office didn’t help just said they’d check , but, Thigh Society took my info and immediately sent out a new order. Couldn’t be happier with them. Thank you

I contacted their customer service when my order hadn’t arrived and I checked to see that it had obviously been delivered to the wrong address. I got an email from them within hours where they checked some very basic details with me before sending my order out again without any problems.

As for the products themselves, I own four pairs now and they save my life in the summer! They’re so comfortable and the cooling fabric does actually keep you cool! They’re well worth the money in my opinion!!

Love this company and their products! Deliveries are quick, and they even stepped in to help when we had a missing package. Products are fantastic - have 4 different types now. No more chafing or skin irritation, always feel cool & comfortable when wearing ThighSociety!

They ride up your legs when you walk. I purchased the 9’’ length and as soon as I started walking they started riding up.

I love, love, love the cooling shorts. So comfortable. I wouldn’t wear a dress or skirt without them. I also wear them to sleep in. And their customer service, when an order was lost by the post office, was spectacular. I’ll be a fan for life.

I'm absolutely astonished at the excellent quality level of customer service you provide and I thank you! I was going to email Amy and Kodiak to explain I was unable to locate the box and have them guide me through the process and my options . . . . then my package arrived and to my surprise the product is as wonderful as customer service. Just Amazing!!!

You have ruined regular undies for me forever - and I couldn’t be happier!! No wedgies, no rolling up or down, I don’t even feel them. I have many, including the Cooling, which are my all time absolute favourite! I wear them all the time & tell & show every one about them!!! Thank you for your product!! They truly are auh-mazing!!
