First time customer didn’t catch that thighsociety won’t allow ANY returns. This is 2025 and this is NOT how you treat your customers. Bitterly disappointed, will never buy from them and will make sure that my family and friends know about their no-returns policy.

This was my first and last order with Thigh Society. I placed my order on May 20th and received it June 14th. I inquired about it on May 27th, because they say they ship directly from their warehouse within 2-3 business days....then all of a sudden they're shipped out. When I finally received the 3 pairs that I ordered, the disappointment just continued. Very low quality fabric(quite rough), they ride up in the front and legs roll up, waist band digs in....mind you it is not a sizing issue as I am 5'6" and 100 lbs, therefore I ordered the smallest size. These are a complete waste of money and I recommend going with a different company.... this company seems a bit sketchy.

They delete negative review even when written critically and not without merit. The seams rub together and are not comfortable. The waist rolls down

I ordered May 20th, package shipped May 30th and was estimated to arrive June 10th. Even though the website says US orders will ship from Buffalo warehouse within 2 business days, mine were shipped from Canada and had to go through customs. It went through customs June 7th but package was marked as delayed with no updated arrival time. I contacted customer service that only provided the same tracking information and no apology. I checked tracking again June 15 to find it was back in Canada. I contacted customer service and was offered for their team to review my case to ensure I received my package or issue a full refund. I asked for a refund which thankfully I received but the representative gave no explanations or apologies. I found from another review on this site that they had experienced shipping issues but this was never disclosed in my multiple communications with the company.

I'd give zero if i could, terrible product. Massively overpriced when you see what you actually get. Fit fine (ish) in the leg, but have a tiny thin waistband which digs it at the waste ruining your silhouette. Big thick seams on the gusset, completely visible in a pencil skirt or dress. not fit for purpose. And un-returnable! due to being "technically" undergarments. I tried on with underwear on and only tried one pair out of 3. not being abe to return is a total swindle, as they know most people probably would. Avoid!! Cut off some old tights, they'll do a better job.

Horrible customer service! I ordered two pairs on May 25th. On June 1st my order hadn't even been fulfilled and realizing that I wasn't going to receive my order in time I asked to cancel. I was told it was "too far in the process" to cancel. On June 3rd I reached out again because my items hadn't even been shipped yet and was still told I could not cancel my order. This is unacceptable customer service. You don't even allow returns and apparently cancellations. Buyer beware.

I was initially disappointed in Thigh Society's customer service over an unwillingness to honor a 15% off promotion they emailed me, Since then they have assisted with a sizing problem and went over and above my expectations to resolve the issue. I appreciate this Canadian company for stepping up, and hope they succeed.

Size chart is misleading.
Does not post waist size or suggest thigh measurement range. They DO suggest going DOWN a size if you're on the cusp of a size. However, it should suggest you go UP like most clothing since they leave out the other measurements. The size 3xl/4xl was and xl/2xl at best considering the equivalent pant size they suggested. This was for the "cooling" style. I couldn't get the waist over my hips and was within the hip measurements provided on the webpage. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON EVER. It's on the website. Glad I'm only out $50.

I have yet to receive my order from this company! I understand they're based in China but damn it shouldn't take almost a month from the date I ordered, which was last month in March up until now. That's like giving them your money and they don't give you your item. And I've made two email attempts to contact this company without success and they have yet to respond to me. But I will get my lawyers involved if I don't get my order from this company and I will have this scammed company shut down!

I recieved my Thigh Society cooling shorts size S/M, after using the measuring guide. I don't normally spend this kind of money on underwear and wanted to get it right. So, I was very disappointed when they arrived and they just don't fit. I am an average size 12 and found them to be just too small. They dont
have enough length in the gusset to waist, and it feels like they are falling down, and around the leg it's too tight and so you get this ugly bulge below the pants hem. I do not have fat legs either. I am not carrying any weight in any of these areas.
So that's that. $70.00+ dollars wasted on something I cannot return. Your sizing chart is very incorrect and should be looked at.
Super disappointed.

Order two pair of their very expensive pants. I went by their sizing and since I needed them because I just had hip replacement surgery, and needed underwear that didn’t have a seam around the incision, ordered a size bigger.
I could tell from just holding them up they would not work for me. I NEVER tried them on but they will not let you return them.
Wouldn’t you think they would have a way to sanitize returns?

I had no problem buying and receiving my purchase, but I feel uncomfortable how they make it hard for you to understand that they don’t accept return… at all ! AND it looks like they remove negative comments on social media… so they seems to have amazing reviews everywhere… I don’t like mine, I wish I could have returned them, but yeah… I fell for the marketing and the good reviews ! Now I know why nobody had nothing negative to say !
**To add to their answer, stating: Sitting on the fence? Here’s the deal with returns with a link to your FAQ page doesn't clearly state on every product page that you don't accept return in my opinion. You consider your product undergarnment, while many other brand that sell the same kind of product accept return, so this is your brand choice to consider them undergarnment.
** They sent me many emails after I published this review, they refunded me and sent me 2 other style. They wanted to make sure I understood that their client satisfaction was a priority. It doesn't really change my opinion. It felt unjust that I get a refund because I complained on a website where they can't erase my comment. 1 of the 2 new one they sent me correspond to what I wanted, I am grateful for the refund and the new ones, but I won't order again from them. They are not a "bad" brand I just don't support that kind of marketing and will choose another brand to support with my money next time.

Not these thighs - they roll, not at the stomach but on the thigh. I was so disappointed

The 7” Cooling shorts are amazing. The delivery in Australia was quick. I suggest getting one size bigger if you are worried about sizing and curling. I have not encountered any curling or riding up of the shorts. They stay put. The cooling shorts are sheer- almost not there. They are not for shaping. They won’t make you look thinner but they feel great. They are ideal for cold mornings that become a hot day later. They add a layer of warmth under a dress or pant then do not get hot when the sun comes out. I don’t know how the tech works that way because they’re mostly nylon! I love them, I’ve tried other brands which may be as good when it comes to a basic short but the Cooling are different and unique. I had no trouble at all with the order or the delivery. It was quick. They’re not cheap in Australia with the US exchange but they’re the best.
They seem to outsource & the parcel comes from queen thigh based in China. It took > 1.5 months to receive my purchase. Only managed to get a response after raising a complaint with PayPal & multiple follow ups after. The goods not as described e.g. too small even though I followed the sizing guide. Guess that's what you get when you buy rubbish goods from China!!

I'm a medium w/ 29-31inch waist, 40in hips, 5'9 160 pounds. I've bought 6 pairs of assorted cargo 5inch &7inch and love em. However when you're doing anything except standing around they roll up and become bikini's if you buy the 5 or 7 inch. My only complaint is these last two outta the 6 I bought are 9inch's very nice except the black cargo I bought is rougher, nearly the same but not the buttery soft fabric they'e used for all the ones before and just feel like legging material. Disappointed for the inconsistency because I cannot return them. But just glad these things are $40 instead of $80 otherwise they wouldn't be in my budget. I'll probably try and see if I can buy 1 more in the originals instead.
I am surprised with the bad reviews because I have bought 4 different pairs of these shorts and love them. I can enjoy wearing summer dresses for the first time in years thanks to these excellent shorts.
I personally only saw the add with the see through light skin color where you clearly see the bum crack...how is this acceptable? How is it this add shows up on google as an amazing thing and its disgusting showing a womens butt crack. I need to voice my opinion somewhere. I would never buy this and certainly would not want to see women wear this. Its gross. You should be ashamed having the first pic of your add plastered everywhere of butt crack. This should not be see through and put out there as acceptable clothes to wear as comfort.

I ordered from Thigh Society - received a shipping number pretty quickly but it stayed “pending” for nearly two weeks. I reached out to their customer service email and had an AI reply who assured me they were a human (but replied within a minute every time) . Eventually reached out to their instagram and they had someone reply and offer me a refund or to ship the order ‘again’. I don’t doubt I will not be receiving the supposedly shipped order.
