I love their product. I have used them for several years now and the product has always been reliable and long lasting. My first introduction to them was several years ago, purchasing a pair from a store. Sadly they kept sliding down. I was not happy and put them aside. Somewhat later I saw their Instagram ads claiming they didn't roll or slip down. I sent a DM stating that they did slide down. The customer service agent asked me specifics and offered to send me another pair, on them. When I recieved them I noticed it was the same size as the original ones I purchased. I was disappointed and sent another message. The staff suggested another size and sent me a pair - they were the right fit! They were so lightweight and comfortable that I ordered several more a few months later. Now, a few years later, I have added to my collection in different lengths. I am excited to use my newly purchased lengths in the weeks to come. This product is a game-changer and oh so comfortable. Had it not been for the customer service staff working hard to get me the right pair I may have never known the freedom of anti-chaff and breathable slip shorts they make. Thank you!

Absolutely hands down the best customer service around.
I love these slip shorts, I’m exclusive to the brand for the last 2-3 years.
I recently purchased 3-4 pair of new slip shorts for a vacation and when I took a pair out of the package here at my Air B&B I noticed the shorts had a flaw. A substantial run. I contacted CS and sent photos, they immediately replaced them. The Thigh Society CS is every bit as good as their slip shorts.

Recently, I made my first purchase from Thigh Society. Since it was my first order, I wasn’t quite sure how the sizing would be for my body. So I ordered an XL/2X and when I received it, I was super excited to try it on and see how it looked. unfortunately it was too big on me and I contacted customer service and since it was my first time ordering from the company they replaced my order with a size smaller at no cost to me and I didn’t have to return the original one that was too big. In my opinion, this is what customer service is all about and how you keep customers coming back time and time again. I will be a lifelong customer of Thigh Society!

I've worn Thigh Society for a while now, and have loved this brand. They are comfortable, breathable, and don't feel like I'm wearing constricting shapewear, but I feel well covered up. I recently ordered from them again, and received an item that was slightly unraveling after a couple of wears. They promptly responded to my email and replaced the defective item. Their customer service was absolutely top notch, and makes me love them even more. Thank you, Thigh Society, for standing by your product. I truly appreciate all the help! Keep up the outstanding work.

I ordered a pair of the cooling shorts in June and I was very satisfied. They are so comfy!!
Unfortunately, there was a little manufacturing mistake and I notified Thigh Society . I received a reply within an hour and was shipped another pair!!!

The reply was not an automated email but from a real person.

Bought this thigh underpants from thigh society and got an excellent treatment when I wrote to them claiming I had received an e-mail message that was delivered when in fact wasn’t. I got a quick response first from Amy and then Kodiak and they took care of my delivery right away. The thigh shorts I got are very comfortable and breathable on this summer weather. I’m very happy with the product and service I got from Thigh Sociaty ❤️

I ordered three pair of shorts, in three different styles and they’re all fantastic! There was a mix up (on my part) but their customer service was top notch and helped me get to the bottom of it (no pun intended) immediately! They were very attentive! I’ll definitely be ordering more in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a new lease on comfort wearing dresses! Thank you TS!

I’ve worn Thighsociety for several years and find them so comfortable. I’ve never found anything comparable. Recently, I had a small issue I emailed (with a photo) them about. I had a reply within an hour, followed shortly by another email saying replacement Thighsocietys were being shipped. All of this on a Sunday! In a world where good customer service seems hard to find, it’s reassuring to know this company not only stands behinds their products, but also takes fast action to rectify a problem.
I’m now a customer for life. Thank you Thighsociety!

WOW! In today's economy, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Thigh Society. I had an issue I needed resolved so I sent an email. Their response time was fast, and the customer service agent actually problem solved and had a solution for me. All within an hour. I appreciate GREAT customer service coupled with a great product and THIGH SOCIETY really delivered both to me. I highly recommend them. And thank you to Kodiak, an exceptional representative of a company which operates with integrity!

I have ordered a selection of products over time and always been happy. Just noticed a small hole in one of my older items and wrote to ask if they could review washing protocols with me. Lo and behold I had a reply within minutes, and they are sending a new pair, which I was not asking for.
Also, my adult daughter has refused to wear skirts or dresses for years because of thigh chafing. she now happily wears both with her Thigh society items!

I ordered the 7” cooling shorts as I was swayed by advertising that the shorts don’t roll down. Guess what? They arrived on Friday (after very pokey shipping), wore them on Saturday under a new dress, and the waistband rolled. Wouldn’t you know. The price I paid (including tax and shipping) was $49.30, and these roll as much as another brand’s product for which I paid $14.

Customer Service was very polite but rather condescending in their scripted email responses. Exchanges and Returns are not offered as these are considered underwear—per Customer Setvice, “we aren’t able to offer refunds or exchanges on our slip shorts due to hygiene reasons.” REFUND is a hygiene issue???

Avoid this brand. Not only overpriced, but don’t fulfill their advertising, and are condescending in treatment of customers. I’m very sorry I did business with Thigh Society. This really burns my butt.

P.S. I love the Ballet color. It will look wonderful in the garbage bag

I've ordered from Thigh Society several times, every time I've been happy with my order. The most recent time I ordered an item that wasn't perfect and when I reached out to customer service, not only was their response incredibly fast but they went above and beyond to fix the issue immediately, with a free replacement at no cost to me, no additional shipping, no return of the imperfect item. Their shipping time is incredibly fast and their customer service is one of the best I've dealt with in years. I'd leave them 10 stars if I could.

Totally disappointed that I spent $45 on one pair of these undergarments - no I purchased two pair at $45 each. Both black and a larger size. Smooth to the touch. They are thin and not worth it. I expected them to hold back the tide, but that was wishful thinking. There are better choices on the market that are thin, prevent rubbing, hold legs in place, and are less expensive. I'd suggest another brand on Amazon would work better.

This company not only has the best product I’ve ever worn (and I’m 68 years old, tried dozens), so comfortable, I love them! I have two different styles in different lengths and I love them all. Also, I had an issue with one pair and the company 100% stood by their product and resolved my issue! And super quick! I’ve never had a company that good in their customer service and I’ve been in customer service as well my entire life!! I just say bravo to the company and the products!!

They are mostly comfortable but the legs keep rolling up which defeats the purpose. And didn’t realize there’s no returns. Really disappointed!

I absolutely love the cooling shorts to stop chafing under dresses and skirts. I got a hole in the first pair I received shortly after buying them. When I emailed thigh society their customer service was very efficient, friendly and helpful. They sent a replacement pair the next day. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again and suggesting them to all my friends!

The product was delivered promptly and met basic expectations in terms of function. However, I was disappointed to discover it was made in China, especially given the prominent "Proudly Canadian" branding on the company's website. This felt somewhat misleading, as I had assumed the product was made in Canada.

I've ordered several of the heaviest weight before and love them. But seeing as its so hot in summer, I decided to get the thinest pair, while silky smooth, the rolled up at the bottom and down at the top - basically unwearable. I contacted thighsociety right away to express my disappoint (as no returns are allowed but these are expensive shorts!), and they gave me a FULL refund. Customer service was amazing. They asked what was wrong with them and really cared about my response. I will order the thicker ones (which are still very light weight) again and again as those are just better for my body type!

Ordered the original shorts to use for sports, I train twice a week. They were perfect in the hot weather, kept me relatively cool and were very comfortable

I got the cooling short. Love the length and fabric. After a few washe the waist was coming apart. I contacted customer service and they were amazing. Responded to me on Saturday and Sunday. Shipped .e a new pair on Monday. Great customer service. I will be ordering more.
