Refund never received for a cancelled…
Refund never received for a cancelled Rolling Loud event. Shambolic management of event which was cancelled due to covid. Refunds were promised but never delivered. Straight up scam, do not use this company.

Awful service. Ordered 4 tickets for a gig which was postponed, and based on refund policy am eligible for refund. I've been trying to contact ticket arena for a month now (quite consistently) and have had no response. Phone lines have been switched off and looks like I'm not the only person whose been affected by terrible company. Essentially they are stealing and making false claims.
Update: contact your bank and dispute the payment if you can - might have a chance of getting money back. Or ombudsman...

NEVER BUY FROM HERE !!
Wouldn’t even recommend to someone I hate, I ordered a ticket and I never got it, I was never sent a confirmation email, I’ve contacted them and they won’t give me a refund, I’ve lost £20.20 for absolutely nothing. STAY AWAY !! Worst ticket sale site I’ve ever came across !!

Useless
The customer service team literally just ignore you or give you some very stupid advice. I was told to give my tickets to somebody else instead of them giving a refund. I'd also need to give them my card details, have a copy of my driving license and a copy of my signature. Absolutely bizarre.

Awful
The date of my event was moved, so as per the refund policy, I requested a refund. I was quick to get a response from someone who asked for the order no. etc. and told me to expect a follow up email. I’ve chased it once a month for the last four months to no avail. Gutted from reading the reviews before.

Taken just over 3 weeks to get a response. They said we 'always' send an email when events are postponed. They didn't. My friends bought 8 tickets individually to the event (luckily for them they didn't use this company). I'm the only one without a refund. Its literally a scam at this stage as they have 'turned off' their phone line, as it says when you call.

Scam
I was one of the few who unfortunately bought rolling loud Portugal tickets to witness a change in terms and conditions and no communication regarding refund.
I am now being told there was a time slot for refund requests which again wasn’t communicated. Not one email has been received since the 2021 event date and after chasing the company, I received an email regarding Afro nation.
Not even my order. After reading the reviews I have no idea how this company is still allowed to continue scamming people out of money

Cowboys that cash in on a pandemic.
Wait over 3 weeks on a refund.
Then these con merchants keep the booking fee, for n event that never went ahead.

Very poor customer service. They sent an email to me which I never received regarding a refund, refused to resend the email even though they could see I hadn't opened it. They ignored me, refused my refund and continuously made me repeat myself.
Say goodbye to your money they aren't there to help you.

AWFUL - I purchased a ticket which you could pay for in 4 instalments. First 3 were successful but when I logged into my Ticketarena account it said the final payment failed 3 times. I have more than enough credit on my card plus I had NO notifications that they had failed. I called my credit card company and they confirmed that no declines have been issued on my account. Ticketarena have cancelled my order and taken 85% of the money of which they will not refund - hoping my credit card company can fully refund and chase them, but I can't go to the festival as there are no more tickets :(

I was told and reassured my ticket would roll over - when in fact they cancelled my order without my request and now expect me to pay £20 more for another ticket
Appalling customer service - no one wants to actually help either. Had to fight for my own information to be provided to me, and only when you mention the big bosses names do they say they will refer to a manager (who has yet to acknowledge my complaint several days later)
Avoid at all costs - as far as I am aware, cancelling someone's ticket so they have to spend more money is what you call a scam
Still waiting almost a year for payment
I’ve been waiting since April 2020 for retrieval of funds from an ambassador account. Email replies just state that it hasn’t been forgotten...it’s in the next pay round...they’ll chase it up...they’ve requested etc etc. Recently the responses I’ve been getting aren’t even related to my issue, they’re clearly cut and paste responses for people who haven’t received an order confirmation. I haven’t ordered anything. You owe me money. I understand the pandemic has been a financial strain but I’ve been asking since April 2020, I think I’ve been patient enough

ABSOLUTELY FUMING
Ticket Arena owe me £231.55. I sold hundreds of tickets for clubs around Bristol through Ticket Arena Ambassadors. They usually always paid out. However, they had a systems issues affecting some people's accounts, mine was one of them. I have been attempting to contact them for MONTHS now. They are terrible at replying. In MAY I was told 'the accounts team are looking into it'. This is blatantly a lie! I have sent multiple emails to them and yet I still do not have my money. Then again tonigh, I tried to log into my ambassador account and guess what.... THEY HAVE DELETED IT!!!!! IT'S BEEN 9 MONTHS! WHERE IS MY MONEY?!
