I have had two bad encounters, avoid at all costs

I have had two bad encounters with this compan, one prior to the corona virus and one after. They have bad policies, which prove they aim to rob people. The telephone agens customer service skills are pooor, they are rude and have know knowledge on the policies. These type of companies need to be investigated.

The first incident, I booked the ticket and booked a plan, then called them literally within 2 minutes of booking to change the option and just pay full. If it was the sale and customer loalty they wanted they would of paid me the money back tere and then i paid for the deposit of the plan and let me pa for a full price ticket. They would not of lost nothing. Onl now they have lost respect.

Second incident, they had no intention no did they have a change management plan for an act of god crisis nor a panademic such as the corona. They are saying I can not get a refund as I did not cover my plan for a refund, This was not stated at the time of booking on the booking.

Afro Nation and Ticket Arena have amde me question the way in which I book my events and which typ of events I will spend my money on. Sad thing is I work in events and have never experienced such a lack of integrity and unprofessionalism.

I would deffinetly advise others o stay clear.

Does not own up to their own mistakes

Ticket arena unbooked all ticket for an event months after creating it because they themselves made a mistake. This made me loose the seating I reserved and since the tickets was a present to my wife it made a real mess of things. I recommend everyone to stay clear if they want to be assured of getting what they ordered.

Book tickets with someone who does not let the client pay for their mistakes.

This company is processing the refunds…

This company is processing the refunds from the Chelmsford City Racecourse 'cashless bar' where you have to preload wristbands with RFID chips. No matter how much money you have left on wrist bands and despite "£1" charge to refund balance, they show only £5 remaining on wrist bands despite significantly more being left on them at the point of exiting the event (no refunds on the day, have to wait and use online portal)... disreputable. Make it impossible to contact them to sort it due to set up.

We can confirm all refunds are processed post event and the application process to claim the refund was open over a 4 day period to ensure everyone had a chance to apply for their refund, the refund application process was advertised on all pre-paid vouchers and on the Promoters and Ticket Arena Website.

I thought we would receive the tickets…

I thought we would receive the tickets as an email, I got no confirmation at all that I booked.
