Very efficient booking with Tignes Direct.
Hotel Montana Apartments starting to look a bit like they need a refurb but the location and ski in ski out is great.

I have used Emma a few times for holidays in Tignes. She always is professional and organises our trip seamlessly.

Emma was incredibly helpful, answered all our questions and gave us really good advice for a family holiday, down to the minor details like ski hire, lift passes, getting around and arriving later than expected. The apartment was lovely and closer to the slopes than we had imagined, with a great view, good ski lockers and warm. Hard to think how this could have been better, and already thinking about booking with them for next year.

Very easy booking process from start to end.

The apartment in Tignes beat expectations - nice and modern, in particular the kitchen was like being at home with all that was supplied (much better equipped than other places we have stayed - all of which were significantly more expensive).

Ideally located for shops, bars and bakery etc and pretty much ski in/out.

Would definitely book the same flat again.

The Karibou is a wonderful chalet in a perfect location overlooking the lake and mountains, easily walkable to local restaurants, shops and ski lifts in Tignes Le Lac. A big thank you to Marc and his family, for making us all feel so welcome, and to Emma at Tignes Direct.

Our recent experience with Tignes Direct was once again exceptional. The apartment exceeded expectations with its excellent design, comfort, and prime location, simplifying everything the moment we arrived. Situated perfectly for skiing, it offered easy lift access and was conveniently near the resort, ensuring seamless transitions on and off the slopes.Emma provided outstanding communication from our initial inquiry. Her prompt and clear responses, along with her guidance in selecting the perfect option for us, were invaluable. She maintained this high level of service throughout the trip preparation and upon our arrival, contributing to a wonderfully smooth and stress-free experience.During our stay, Emma quickly arranged for a high chair, showcasing her attentiveness and dedication to ensuring our comfort. This marks our second time with Tignes Direct in a year, and we highly recommend them. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine helpfulness guarantee we'll be booking with them again in the future.

We had another fantastic stay with Tignes Direct. The apartment was excellent — well-appointed, comfortable, and in a great location, making everything easy once we arrived. The location was ideal for skiing, with easy access to the lifts and close proximity to the resort, which made getting on and off the slopes effortless.
Emma’s communication was outstanding from the very first enquiry. She responded promptly, clearly explained our options, and helped us choose something that genuinely suited our needs. That excellent service continued right through the build-up to the trip and on arrival, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free.
While we were in resort, Emma also quickly sorted a high chair for us, which was hugely appreciated and just shows the level of care and attention to detail.
This is the second time we’ve used Tignes Direct within a year, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful — we’ll definitely be booking with them again.

Emma is amazing and always looks after us and sorts everything which makes the holiday booking process so much easier, we have now stayed and used 4 times, both winter and summer breaks over the years and already looking forward to planning next summer

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay with Emma. The apartment was really comfortable, well equipped, and centrally located for a quick walk to lifts, ski school, and everything else. Emma was a great host and super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent holiday. Emma was really helpful throughout the booking process and then in answering any questions from then on in. Great selection of apartments and we chose ‘Le Lac 1’ which worked very well for our family of 5. Would definitely book again.

We stayed in Bec Rouge 511. This apartment is fabulous. Newly renovated it feels spacious and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need for a self catering holiday. You could not get a better location for a ski and ski out apartment, and the view is stunning. With a 2 mins ski to the Toviere bubble up the mountain and less than a 5 mins walk from the local shops/ski hire etc it is ideally located in the hub of Tignes. Would highly recommend and would definitely rebook if we were to revisit Tignes. I would highly recommend Tignes Direct as a company to book your Ski accommodation with.

Easy check in and check out, and customer service was excellent. would use them again!

Great chalet, well catered for with good parking, good boot room. Quiet also at night and near the slopes, and easy access to lifts.. def ski in rather than ski out!

We had a great week, lovely friends in other apartments which was fun and we loved Tignes as a resort. We would have given 5 stars other than lack of Loos in the apartment. 1 x Loo for potentially 8 people is not great and that loo needs a sink to wash hands - especially with dreaded sick bugs you get in ski resorts!!

Otherwise we had a great week and thank you and v pleased we came.. We hope to rebook next year.

Emma was super helpful and responsive throughout process. Gave good options, explained things well. Stayed at Le Lac 17, excellent location, good size and very reasonable price given the location. essentially ski in ski out esp if you rent from a ski shop at Palafour chairlift that allows storage of gear at end of day.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Nothing too much trouble (particularly answering stupid questions out of hours!) Thank you for a brilliant holiday. 👏👏👏

Lovely modern apartments (with saunas) close to bars, restaurants, shops and slopes. Staff very helpful and accommodating on transfer day allowing us to keep the room for an extra few hours.
