I bought a train ticket with a 100% refund and additional insurance, it turned out that if you want the refund you need to go to the station before the departure as, despite you booked and paid through them, they don’t offer any help
I was too sick to travel and to avoid losing money I had to pay for a taxi to go back and forth to the station, just to discover that refund wasn’t total and the additional part supposed to be covered by the insurance, so I lost a lot of money

Country Tax = 11 %, Why????
They put an increase of around 11% on the price of the rooms (country tax). They are not competitive at all and waste a lot of time during searches. The trick is simple they lower the base price low but then they put a tax on you where the total amount is higher than the others.

We booked a room and paid for it. Immediately after the payment went through we received an email: The room is not available, you can request for a refund, if you do you will get your money back in 2 weeks.
So we tried again and surprisingly the room was still available!

This is a scam, and they refuse to take responsibility. We booked flight tickets for 4 people from Indonesia to Singapore and back. Two of us had to cancel due to medical reasons. On their website, it says they will take responsibility and offer refunds even up to 24 hours before the flight. We tried requesting a refund 7 days before the flight, but in the app, when you press “request refund,” it says it’s not possible. So, I sent them an email. Contrary to their policy, they said refunds can only be requested after the flight departs, and they didn’t offer any other options. Once the flight was over, I tried requesting a refund again, but all you can request is the airport tax refund, which costs 25,000 IDR. On top of that, during the flight, someone else took the seats we had paid for. This company is a scam and extremely unprofessional

I am compelled to share my deep frustration with tiket.com, particularly regarding the cancellation of my bookings at Amerald Resort Hotel Desaru (Booking ID: 1279491813) and another booking (Booking ID: 1307522746).
After planning my trips for months, I was shocked to receive notifications that both of my confirmed reservations at RM154 per night (including breakfast) were canceled for no apparent reason. Worse still, the hotel is still advertising availability, which leads me to question the integrity of tiket.com’s practices.
Here are key issues potential customers should be aware of:
1. Unfair Cancellation of Confirmed Bookings: My bookings were confirmed, and I was looking forward to my stays. Cancellations without reason are not only unprofessional but extremely disappointing. How can a booking platform reasonably sell rooms they have already canceled?
2. Lack of Proper Communication: Despite sending over 20 emails, I have not received a satisfactory explanation regarding why my bookings were canceled. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about their business practices and customer service. A reputable company should prioritize clear communication, especially when customers are left in the dark.
3. Copy-Pasted Responses: The replies I received from different representatives—Galang, Billah, Tria, Hanum, Nabila, Dodi, and Ana—were all generic, copy-pasted responses. No one directly addressed my questions or acknowledged my concerns; they simply repeated the same information. This lack of personalized service made me feel neglected, and my issues were not taken seriously.
4. Exploitation of Customer Trust: By continuing to list the hotels I had booked while actually canceling my reservations, it feels like tiket.com is exploiting customer trust for its own benefit. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.
5. Irresponsibility in Offering Inferior Alternative Rooms: The alternative room offered at Lotus Seaview Beach Resort & Spa is not only smaller but also lacks breakfast, clearly falling below the standards of my original bookings at Amerald Resort. I absolutely refuse to accept such a subpar alternative, which is in no way comparable to my original reservations.
This entire experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I expected better service from a major booking platform, and I cannot help but warn others to think twice before using tiket.com. The risks of canceled bookings, combined with poor communication and accountability, simply do not justify it.
I urge potential customers to consider this before trusting their travel plans to tiket.com.

I paid extra for a 100% refundable, My wife broke her leg a week ago and tiket.com and i want to cancel my trainticket because we cant travel to Indonesia. 1 star is three too much. I tried to book a ticket for a komodo trip, an error message occured wich stated that something went wrong with the payment and that the order hasnt been completed. Since I couldn’t pay otherwise I didnt try to book again. To make sure the booking really hasn’t been completed I checked my notifications frequently the next days: No confirmation or ticket there. After a few days I got a debit of 150$ on my bank account for the ticket I apperrently bought. I havent got any ticket from tiket.com and havent even done a trip. Refund? Of course not possible because they said they have sent me the tickets wich simply wasn’t the case.
The price you see is not the price you pay
Booked a hotel through Tiket.com on what I thought was a good rate. When I checked in they took three times the price as what I agreed. Be warned the rates they offer are not the rates you pay. Google should do more to take companies like these off their platform, its nothing but a scam.

Complete scam. Sold me a ticket for an exhibition in Italy that wasn't actually on. Refused to give me a refund, thankfully my bank sorted it. Tiket still email and call me (now blocked) to ask me to reverse this months later.
