My order arrived on time and in good order but I was dismayed at the price drop within 24 hours of receipt and the unwillingness of the Birmingham branch manager to reimburse the difference. It was rather mean.

Wanted a tile sample. Got a full size one as requested inc. delivery for less than £2. Amazing!!! Will be pleased to shop here in future

The staff at Kidderminster Tile Choice and especially the manager Chris have been very efficient, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. The price was good and the product was good. They even gave me a list of tilers from which we found a great tiler. So thank you Tile Choice. We visited a number of suppliers in Telford only to be directed by seemingly disinterested staff to their displays and be handed a Tile catalogue.Tile Choice was a different experience altogether. A jovial guy called Richard introduced himself explained the layout of the displays and invited us to have a butchers and would be happy to answer any questions should we find anything we fancied. Ten minutes later he appeared again, by which time, we had found a couple of choices we liked. From then on we knew what we wanted and over the next week or so he advised us accordingly. Other staff at the Telford Branch were equally helpful. The price was right, no VAT, the tiles were right and the staff were right. What more could we have asked. Would recommend Tile Choice Telford to anyone.......

Tom at Tile Choice (Battlefield, Shrewsbury) provided excellent customer service for my visit earlier today. I showed Tom a sample of a specific bathroom tile, which he had a similiar one in stock. As I stood before him, contemplating, Tom took to his computer, and he was able to find the exact match for my sample tile!. Tom provided me with the tile details and the on-line site to purchase the tiles. A huge Thank You Tom, I really value you going the extra distance.

Friendly and very helpful advice and service from Dylan and Mike. We bought floor and wall tiles for a bathroom refit and they helped with the selection and colour matching when we needed more tiles. Also very helpful with returning excess tiles. All round excellent service.
