Excellent customer service
Bought some tiles from Tile Warehouse. Some broken tiles as expected on delivery. Contacted the company and a very helpful advisor called Alexandros replied immediately and was absolutely brilliant! I actually had miscounted the amount of broken tiles, so I contacted him again and again he immediately sorted the problem and with a lovely manner. Really excellent customer service which many other companies lack. Strongly recommend.

Refused to deliver to property
Update: Customer Service reached out and refunded delivery, so I've revised my review. Service from Tile Warehouse has been great as as whole.
Delivery driver literally asked us to go outside and look for a white van labelled PPL and would not budge on leaving their van, which seems strange since they were meant to deliver the tiles...

Great price and prompt service
Tiles arrived promptly and well packaged. Tiler installed today as a border along with plain white gloss tiles - looks really good. Really easy to work with. Had spent 6 weeks trying to find a border tile - mint fluted, very pleased with purchase, great colour and price.

Great experience with Tile Warehouse
I had a great experience with Tile Warehouse. The tile visualiser on their website was great. The price was excellent when compared to similar providers for similar tiles. The delivery was on time and the driver was very careful when handling the tiles and delivered the pallex where I wanted. I will recommend to friends!

For delivery we subsidise the actual cost to keep it as low as possible but unfortunately delivery is calculated by weight and tiles are heavy.

Great tiles, great prices and great service
Ordered some tiles from Tile Warehouse for our new loft bathroom. The tiles were beautiful, lovely quality and at a fantastic price. Delivery was very quick but unfortunately some of the tiles were damaged in transit. Got in touch with Tile Warehouse and they arranged for some replacements to be sent out straight away along with a few extra ones for good measure. Excellent customer service – would highly recommend!

Ordered samples and unfortunately were delivered to the wrong address (couriers fault) took a little longer than I'd like to send replacement samples but glad they did as we went for the tiles. Once ordered I was kept updated with delivery times etc, 2 broken tiles out of a small pallet load was a great result. Tiles are easy to work with and look very good!
