Exceptional customer service by Tile Warehouse after we had been let down by two other companies who cancelled orders.

ordered a sample, great, then spam.
Only ordered a sample tile. Tile arrived in good time and with no issues. good service overall.It wasnt to my liking but managed to get the one i wanted from elsewhere. Just the way things go.
anyway, since that sample was received, i have been bombarded with spam email which is why i have marked 3/5. give credit for the sample but if i was interested in buying more from tile warehouse, then i would go back to them.
Spam is one of my pet hates. I am pretty sharp on finding that tick box, not to be contacted for anything.
Pester me then i will degrade you. I have no unsubscribed yet as i like to see how bad and desperate these companies get.
Sorry tile warehouse but pestering and spam has brought you a negative comment. i normaly mark 1/5 but as i had a sample, i gave you a mid term mark.

Excellent value for money. I will use them again.
The tiles came at the specified time, and a morning slot was accommodated. The delivery driver was very polite and did what he could to get the pallet as close to the front floor as he could. Alex was extremely helpful on the phone when organising delivery. I was surprised that there are no Saturday deliveries- maybe in the future? As far as I can tell only one tile was broken out of 27 boxes. The builder is preparing the floor, so hasn't opened all the boxes yet.

Brilliant value
Really great prices and the quality is amazing for products which are so good compared to other companies. The delivery isn’t extortionate, so we are very happy. The delivery arrived when it should, so really can’t complain. I especially thought that the trims on offer were so cheap compared to other tile companies, that they must be defective in quality, but I was wrong. We got what we needed at a fraction of the price. Brilliant, I would highly recommend.

We chose our tiles from Tile Warehouse,as we had moved to a new house,the choice of tiles were very good with some super designs.
We chose a floor tile for the. Kitchen and bathroom area,the ordering process was very easy to do online ,free sample tiles were available .the delivery date was arranged and the time and date were met by the transport company,
Everyone I spoke with by telephone were very polite professional and very helpful and sorted any issues or concerns I may have had,A very pleasant buying experience with no major issues,a great job done by all concerned,I would certainly buy from this company again,keep up the great work Many Many Thanks

I placed an order for my tiles, I was told delivery on one day it didn't arrive so had a conversation with a helpful guy who told me the shipment hadn't come in (fair dos because delays happen) but I ordered them to be delivered on that certain day as they were going to my mum's and because I wasn't ready to start my kitchen refurbishment yet. I bought them as they were on sale and saved me 25%.
For them to be took on a day that my mum was actually at work and so was I! The delivery fella rang, I instantly rang my husband as we live across the road 2 mins away if the roads busy for him to be kicking off as I was at work and mum was at work. Speaking to my family like a piece of poop.
Had they turned up on time none of that would of happened. I asked him to just start unloading as someone will be there any second his response was short and snappy, but he needed to unload them anyway. So wasn't causing him any extra work whatsoever.
The tiles are gorgeous 🥰 but the delivery was a pain..
