Predatory loan. Come here if you want to lose your title, they give you money easily because they’ll take your vehicle one day past your loan due date. Don’t come here unless you’re ok with getting your car repossessed.

My experience with TitleMax was great. I was trying to bury my mother went in to see how much I could qualify for all the way up to $900 but I didn’t accept the whole 900. I just accept what I needed. They were great they did a good job. I recommend that if anyone needs help at any time, please go and see them on Griggs TitleMax on Griggs. Great customer service explain in Longview of how to make sure that I didn’t have to overpay what I have borrowed, they were just great both ladies at this location the Asstmanager and her other employee helped me out so much. I even had to cry a little bit cause I was so excited but I just wanna say thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart. You guys are great. They will easily give you the loan but are so predatory! My family and I are homeless! We've been saving up for a place while moving here and there and money got low. We got the loan a couple months ago and all the girl said was "you can see your PAYMENT amount on the portal. You can pay through there or at the store." THAT IS IT!!!! I've paid out over $1200 so far and my loan payment still shows ZERO!!!!! IT'S ALL INTEREST! I am trying to remove this burden because I am taking away from my children to pay this off. Without this car we have NOTHING! I AM LIVID!!!!!!! The girl today said it's only interest i'm paying, I have to select another option in the payment portal to apply it to the actual loan. WHY ELSE WOULD I BE PAYING YOU IF I DIDN'T WANT TO PAY OFF THE LOAN!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?! I NEED MY CAR BUT I'M SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!

I'm on my 2nd title loan due to some immediate family emergencies arising unexpectedly and this 2nd loan seems to be never ending and very depressing 😕 😢, I'm barely able to cover the 300$ monthly pymt just to extend it another 30 days and not one cent applies toward principal balance... no different than tossing it in the wind or down the toilet 🤔 🤷‍♀️, and I'm in the process of putting my car up for sale but not sure how that works but that is my 1st option and what I'm set on doing 🤔
