Quick and easy and very helpful and polite!

Ms, Mary was well knowledgeable for the process.

Kim with the Webb City, MO location is great to work with. Easy application process. In and out in about 30 minutes. The only issue I have is their new system no longer accepts prepaid debit cards to put the loan proceeds on so I took the money gram option vs a check. Walmart charged me over $8 to cash the money gram plus another $3.74 to put the cash on my card. Other than that I would recommend this location to anyone

I went to pawn my title at the Title Max on Jefferson St. in Newnan, Ga and Tina was amazing. She was very professional,polite, and knew her stuff. I left very pleased and well informed of everything. Get more workers like Tina. Amazing job

I give 5 stars to Annette for how I was treated with kindness and like a family member actually. I felt as though I had mad a new friend. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the loan process. She made my first loan experience comfortable and easy for me.
I couldn’t tell at all that she was shortly out of training!

Great experience with Kam at title max in Jackson Tennessee. Very helpful helped me get a loan very quick. I even got a loan for almost twice the amount for my title than I was offered from a regular finance company

The customer service I received and the ease of the entire process were extremely exceptional. Came in thinking that I wouldn't be able to get a loan but it all worked out with no headaches. Highly recommended

The representative made my visit easy, relaxing. Lady T was friendly, patient, gave me extras time, she was understanding to my needs, she made sure I understood and is well knowledgeable about my payments.

Took a loan and title pledge almost 8 months ago at the Gallatin Tn. Location and have paid every payment in full and on time, I recently decided to trade my vehicle for a new car and needed 10 day payoff letter with guarantee of title to complete the deal
When I requested the payoff statement I was told a couple hours and would be sent to my email but then it suddenly changed to 24-48 hrs putting my trade deal at risk for expiring before they send to me. I finally received the payoff statement and guarantee of title but was incorrect and incomplete
I could have used it and paid almost 2,000.00 less for the new vehicle because the estimated trade was more than the statement opted but I was honest and called Title Max the following morning to report the mistake and the customer service representative Bradley had informed me he had already called director of operations and reported this issue and requested an updated corrected payoff statement with guarantee of title to be expedited and sent to my email in order for me to move forward with my trade but As I already figured it has not arrived in my email yet and now this has caused a huge delay and imposition on my part. I do believe Title Max has purposely delayed the payoff statement so that the next payment due 3/3/26 would have to be paid regardless now. This is very underhanded and horrible business tactics especially when a customer has did everything they promised to do.
I work for a dealership and send payoff statements all day 5 days a week I have never heard of waiting 24-48 hrs for this. If I would have allowed the dealership that was buying my car to use the payoff statement Title Max would have legally been bound to that statement amount and release title to them. But I’m not a dishonest person and did not expect Title max to do business in this manner, I held them to a higher standard but I now see they are not that high standard business and I will never use them again nor would I recommend anyone else too.. I’m hoping I receive the corrected statement by Monday and enabling me to successfully make my trade 🙏

She was courteous, knowledgeable, kind, she did her job with a smile, she thanked me numerous times for trusting her to do the loan, thanked me for the business sincerely, & was all around a pleasure to work with. You need more employees like this. FYI: Israel deserves a raise. She really is compassionate, caring, & kind. She should train others. Props to you Israel, you made the visit easy, fun, & a great experience.
