The staff are great. Always willing to help when they can. Always friendly and easy to talk to. They don’t put pressure on you and they are understanding.

On moving in, we were met by your agent who tried to do her best but was clearly not fully informed to help on moving in.
We were provided with only one key and fob which means I am having to jump over a fence at the back to gain access to the apartment through the patio doors.
There are no instructions for intercom, gas central heating and hot water controls, which taps are for fresh water or softened water, no PIN codes for gates or main doors, no PIN codes for alarm panel or instructions.
I do not believe it was the fault of your agent but nevertheless, this was not a meet and greet

The check in was organized and you had answers to all my questions and handed the keys to me.
You accommodated some time to walk me through and made notes of everything that needed additional attention in the flat.

Literally terrible. Only noted some damages, probably to ensure I lost my deposit. Failed to read meters (Read 0 of three, managed to do 1/3 after I asked them to double check).

Great service, very accommodating changing time and then thoughtful in ensuring things were ready - all photos taken and very efficient service.

The inventory check in was very thorough and detailed (Donna was amazing). Only one suggestion on improvement, when arranging a time for inventory check in it would be useful to provide flexibility around the timing in advance. Other than that very good service.
