Deposit claim
I have been a client of TMI for five years now, and have found them to be a throughly professional organisation.
They are always happy to go the extra mile when it comes to giving help and advice - and I can always get through to them easily, unlike many other companies.
As a landlord, I recently had to get involved with a deposit dispute for the first time. TMI talked me through what I needed to do and also gave me realistic expectations as to the outcome.

Check in was fine
Check in was fine. Time of check in was altered 3 days before which was a slight inconvenience as we had planned for virgin media & appliance deliveries based on our 1st check in time.
Otherwise it was speedy & Sue did get us in a little earlier than 2pm which was really helpful.
TM did do their best to get us in as early as poss!!
