TMT Legal Services provided us with a very professional service from the onset. Callum Skinner kept us informed throughout the sale of our inherited property by phone & email we can't thank him enough and would highly recommend him & his team 😀

We were recommended TMT legal Services through our newbuild developer. Unfortunately, we did not receive a very good service at all. My emails were completely ignored, questions left unanswered, and phone calls never returned. The communication from the Newbuild Team Leader was pretty much non existent. We did not feel reassured or well looked after throughout the process and would not recommend this firm to anyone. Sadly, our developer has said we are not the first buyers to report this feedback with TMT.

Friendly and responsive team who made us feel like there were no silly questions and nothing was too much trouble. Moving home is so stressful but Jo and the team really helped us to navigate the process.

Excellent service from TMT Legal. I contacted them to have a legal charge removed from my property. It’s only a small job but needed to be done right. Prompt and professional from the start, the communication, and the overall service was fantastic. I highly recommend this local firm and will be using them again in the future A+

TMT legal was suggested by the developer of my new build back in 2021. We trusted the good reviews and this proved us very wrong.

1. Tight deadline for completion transfer and wrong stamp duty information - the final payment calculation was only sent 2 days before the deadline with a wrong stamp duty information. Review window and preparation time for us was super tight. We spot a wrong stamp duty in the calculation but we could not find anyone via email or telephone for confirmation until the evening before deadline. Even a first time UK property buyer like me could get the accurate stamp duty tax by using the stamp duty calculator on the government website. It was quite a surprise to me when I spot this

2. Irresponsible attitude towards outstanding items - we received an email from TMT one year after completion requesting us to sign a certain document. The email was sent without any background or information explaining why this was needed. We were told this was caused by the updates of the developer solicitor and thus the deed is still not ready. We were not even notified the deed was not even ready and the reasons for it. We signed and got everything TMT needs right away but after that we heard nothing back. We will not even get an update if we do not chase constantly. Now it’s May 2025 and still we have the same answer - it’s with the developer. But neighbours who didn’t use TMt group for conveyancing service have no such issue. A neighbour who used TMt for conveyancing successfully had their deed sorted after numerous calls and emails. This told us the responsibility is not with the developer but with TMT.

It’s a huge disappointment with their services and attitudes. I am not the only victim my neighbours are still waiting for an update on their deeds. I would say we made a huge mistake choosing TMT when buying our new build. Stay away.

Alan Knight was exceptional in progressing our house sale and purchase. Especially so, because of time pressure to complete by 1st April 2025 to meet the tax deadline essential for a member of the housing chain. Always a friendly, helpful and reassuring voice during an emotionally taxing process. Very efficient and effective, highly recommended.

I'm sure it's a team effort, but Kayleigh Ryan of TMT was absolutely amazing during my home purchase. She kept me updated on the progress, took my calls when I had questions (even though she was extremely busy with other clients) I think this is why Kayleigh and TMT are so impressive in that they made me feel like I was their only client. They were able to tell me immediately about the progress / outstanding enquiries / results rather than me waiting several days for an update.

TMT we're great ! I have just completed on a new property, Shannon Doyle was fantastic, from viewing to completion took 7 weeks. Shannon would respond to my emails within minutes! Not hours or days ! Always took my calls. Very thorough with details and information being provided.

With stamp duty rises approaching at the end of March I did not find myself at all putting TMT under pressure to complete prior to the 31st March , TMT gave me comfort from the go they would complete before the deadline.

Based on Shannon's performance Iv now started a new process to sell one of my properties with TMT and of course I have ensured that Shannon Doyle is dealing with the sale of this property!

You do need to be pretty “ internet” savvy as it is all electronic.
The manual options are not hard though.
