I would not hesitate to recommend TMT for conveyancing. The whole process has been efficient. Communication has always been timely.
It has been particularly helpful to able to call in to the office for small queries which were dealt with and answered as soon as possible.

You have dealt with my case holistically giving it a humanised feel but at the same time keeping a professional stance and boundaries in place which is a specialist thing to do.

I explained from the offset this was a first time buy for me and a little about my traumatic background and how much the house meant to me for my future. You have worked tirelessly for me and succeed with the end goal.

Your customer care, interpersonal skills, communication has been exceptional. I am a stress ball at the best of times and you have done your best to reply quickly to me and reassure me where possible even when you have numerous cases to deal with.

I have used solicitors for conveyancing a few times and each time there have been frustrations in delays and lack of communication. I got none of that with TMT and they were on it. Unfortunately the buyers convenyancing team were not as good but TMT were all over the process. Shannon looked after my requirements with expertise and accuracy and I would highly recommend their services and will use them again if the need arises.

TMT are Utterly incompetent.
If I could rate this company lower, I would.
NEVER EVER USE THEM! Never.
They will ignore you, will deride you, will drag their heels, WILL delay you by months.
Inept, incompetent and utterly arrogant. There is no conversing with these people. They ignore your queries and just repeat their wanted information.

At every last stage of the process they were inept, lazy, arrogant and ignorant.
The definition if incompetence is not knowing what to do. This company is the living embodiment of incompetence.

The second time using TMT (firstly for buying our property and this time for the sale of our property). We had Nathan acting on behalf of us twice and we were extremely impressed both times by his efficient and effective communication. His transparency of time frames throughout the whole process was spot on - there was never any misleading, it was complete honesty. Although the sale was prolonged by factors he could not control, he went above and beyond to find alternative ways to reach completion.

TMT recently created my Will for me and the service was brilliant. They were prompt, friendly and very professional. Everything was sorted out really efficiently and I felt complete at ease. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again for other legal service requirements. Thank you very much!!

Such a professional and personable service; quick to respond to all queries and chase the other solicitor firms involved in the chains. I kept in regular contact with both my buyer and the lady I was buying from, both of whom expressed how they wished they had also used TMT and were frustrated with their own legal teams. It was pleasing to be the strong link in the chain. I also received comments from my estate agent and that of my purchases estate agents’ at how efficient TMT had been.
