Really excellent service!
Couldn't resist ordering the Miffy & Friends joggers and matching sweatshirt! They arrived really really quickly and have washed beautifully. They haven't been worn yet as we ordered a bigger size so they would last a little longer, but I can't wait until they fit. We have now ordered a few things from Tobias & the Bear and have been really happy with our purchases every time.

Hi Becky, thanks for your review.
We do use plastic bags to encase each item to protect them in storage - unfortunately paper isn’t an option because they need to be transparent so that the warehouse can clearly identify the item inside. The plastic that we use is recycled though and can be recycled again.
The mailing bags we use to deliver the order in are made from a natural starch and are biodegradable.
We are always looking for ways we can be more eco friendly and keep looking for new packaging options.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. Your order was dispatched on 26th August and is en route but has been waiting clearance to leave the UK and head to Japan since the 27th. We are seeing increased international delivery times due to Covid and this is something completely out of our control unfortunately.
I can see that other orders placed at the same time as yours going to Japan are also not yet delivered but we would definitely expect you to have it soon. I ordered something for my baby it said on the site 3 to 4 days delivery its now been over two weeks still nothing and was told it will be another two days. As we all know babies grow fast and by the time I receive the outfit I will bearly get use out of it. Wouldnt of ordered from the site if it made it visible how long it would take to get the item.

Hi Elena, I'm sorry if you've been left disappointed.
Your order was for a personalised item which we do state can take up to 2 weeks for delivery - this is on the product page and also in the confirmation email that you receive after placing your order. Personalised items are collected from us each Monday and delivered back to us on the Friday so because your order was placed on a Monday evening it wasn't collected until the following Monday and then dispatched that Friday. I'm sorry if you feel that this information wasn't made to clear to you when you placed your order.
We would have actually expected you to have received your order today though, based on our usual delivery times after being dispatched on Friday, so we will look into this and also refund your delivery charge. I can see that you have already been speaking to customer services today so please do reply to their last email should you want to discuss this further.
