Didn’t received my purchase
Hi! I made a purchase on May and so far i haven’t received my products.
I wrote asking for a refund but not have any response yet. Of course the size that i selected in may, now is to small for my baby.

Brilliant Clothes
I have been buying Tobias & The Bear leggings and jumpers for my son for several years now. They are excellent and so hard wearing. Brilliant prints, true to size and so comfy i have to constantly wash them so he can wear them!

Hello, I'm really sorry to hear this - I just tracked your order and can see that it's been held at the national hub for almost 3 weeks. International orders are taking longer to arrive at the moment because of Covid but this does seem to be longer than we'd expect. We'll get in touch with the couriers on Monday and if it's not able to be clearly tracked with an arrival date we will arrange for a replacement. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.
