I'm glad you love your joggers!
We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 2pm that day, and our usual delivery time in the UK is then 2 days - we do state that this can take longer in busy times though. I can see that you placed your order on Black Friday evening in our annual promotion which is obviously a very busy time and so it can take us a little longer than usual to dispatch orders.
I can see that your order was dispatched within 3 working days but that it did take a few more days for Hermes to get it to you instead of the usual 2 days. We'll look into this with Hermes but I will gladly refund your shipping charge as an apology for keeping you waiting.

I've been purchasing from this store…
I've been purchasing from this store for three years now and love the clothing. Unfortunately my last purchase was terribly treated by the company and has made it lose all its charm for me. Using its pay pal system, it overode the delivery address I had typed in and used a very old address of mine in a different country. I realised this upon receipt of the email 3 days later, but was told this was too late to change it. It's now been one month and the products have not arrived at the wrong address, yet Tobias&the Bear won't refund me until they receive the product back. This is not client service. The order was a gift for a birthday that has long past now. I'm very disappointed as it often takes this small company over a week to respond and they have not shown any inclination into finding a suitable solution.

Hello KB,
I'm really sorry if you've been left disappointed. Our system (Shopify) is not able to override anything that you type in when placing the order or paying by Paypal (where you can also select a delivery address) - you are also given the opportunity to review your order details (and in this instance, notice an international delivery charge) before payment goes through. You are then sent an order confirmation email before we dispatch your order.
Unfortunately you didn't contact us until 2 or 3 days after your actual dispatch notification by which point the items were already at a Royal Mail international depot and completely out of our control. We are not able to refund you for items that have been sent to an incorrect address at the fault of the customer until we receive those items back.
We have been in contact with you throughout this process and also advised you re contacting the person at your old address to refuse the parcel so it is returned to us, we have also contacted Canada Post on your behalf to request for the items to be sent back.
Checking the tracking details now it looks as though the package is on its way back to us as of today. As soon as it re-enters the UK we will happily refund you including your original international delivery charge, at our own expense.

I'm sorry if you were disappointed in your personalisation embroidery. The personalisation isn't centred but is on the left or right side of the item depending upon the style, our personalisers do choose the optimum position for the name depending too upon how the print falls but it may be the case that the letters do sit next to a pattern.
