Only issue that I have had is the suction is very strong mainly I believe because I am not using any horns because the horn sizes that came in the box was only 17mm and 19mm. I need 24mm which is not even available through the website even though the box says its in the box. Other then that its perfect for me because I have twin newborns and a toddler and absolutely need a hands free pump thats easy to clean and assemble. And so this pump fits that criteria. I dont like that I have to use the app to see how long ive been pumping, wish it was just on the pump itself. It doesn't leak, which is great. Its not discreet with sound or wearing it, but its convenient, so not complaining about that.

The biggest waste of money. If I could’ve returned it I would’ve after one use. Used it as much as I could to try to make it work but it’s a horrible pump. Awkward fit, bulky and doesn’t stay put, painfully uncomfortable suction, that doesn’t even draw milk out efficiently, and the little bit that does come out you can’t even pour all of it out of the collection cup. Customer support recommended using a syringe to get the milk out… and on top of all of that the app is glitchy.
It’s the worst pump I’ve ever used, it pumps nothing, it pumped 25 ml from both breasts in 30 minutes, when done I tried my old pump and it pumped 100 ml from each breast The tommee tippee pump is very painful and my nibble got stuck 2 times. The app doesn’t show how much did you pump while you’re pumping, it only estimates the pumped milk when the session is over, and the sensor readings are not even close to the actual amount. Battery life is very short lasts maximum for 2 sessions of 30 minutes
Horrible to say the least. One star is too high of a rating, I HATE this pump no amount of tutorials or different flange sizes could make this pump even halfway decent. Painful, doesn’t collect milk, hard to use, the list goes on. I have been trying to return this pump for over a week and if I’m out 200+ dollars due to poor customer support I’m going to be very disappointed. I have three kids and have supported this brand for years, but this is by far the worst product I’ve ever purchased.
Horrible this product is painful and it causes a bit of numbness in my arms . It doesn’t take out the milk . it leaves my breasts with lumps . It doesn’t do the job it’s expensive R4k gone for nothing
I picked this pump specifically because I needed a bigger flange size. I should have done my research. I hate this pump it’s painful and it’s bulky and uncomfortable. Would never recommend it to anyone
I did not like this product will be trying to return it. It is heavy and it does not collect a lot of milk I usually get about 7 ounces per pump session with my momcozy and I barely got 3 ounces per pump session. Also the milk reader is not accurate when reading how much you pumped. It also is uncomfortable and it hurts. It’s definitely not worth almost 200$
This pump does cause so much discomfort to the point of pain sometimes. I’ve used it for about 2 weeks now. I was hoping I would just need to get used to it. Maybe figure out the right way to use it. I have tried everything that I can possibly think of, changing flang sizes, using the flang inserts, even pump spray that is supposed to make it a little more comfortable, but nothing has helped. On top of the pain I am getting less milk than I have with any other wearable pumps I’ve used. At this point I am truly at a loss. This was a big expense so it’s a little disappointing.
DO NOT PURCHASE! I've had 3 babies now and I have exclusively pumped for each one. This pump ate me alive. It left me bleeding and swollen. I watched every video available and used the correct flange! I can't return to the store so I'm out of pocket alot of money! Absolutely horrible product that shouldn't be aloud to be sold!
If I could give this thing a 0 I would. Absolutely horrible. I’ve watched every tutorial, used the proper inserts for my nipple and the suction just does not work. I can’t even get it to latch on to my nipple. If you’re a first time mom I would not recommend as it’s very discouraging. This is my second baby and I still felt discouraged and disappointed trying to use this. Save your money and get you a mom cozy, it’s wayyyyyy cheaper and the suction on it can get the job done for the most part. $200 for this piece of junk to do nothing, worst thing ever.
I got this pump from a friend who did not end up breastfeeding, i can not get this pump to work right at all. I've tried different horn sizes and have the correct size but I am unable to get any milk pumped out. With my other pump I can get anywhere from 2 to 4oz and maybe just drops with this wearable one. I was excited to be able to pump hands free but this pump is a no go for me.
I got this pump as a present, I’ve tried everything, watched all the tutorials available and every time I’ve used it the pump has badly hurt my nipples and barely got any milk (10ml) after 30min of pain. I’ve contacted costumer service twice and I haven’t received a reply. Would like to try a smaller Horn Size in case that would happen to be the problem but can’t seem to fin them anywhere online
Doesn’t empty me. Suction pattern isn’t great, almost impossible to get all of your milk out of the cup because of the terrible design when pouring. Very expensive as well.
I bought the double wearable one for $600 at chemist warehouse I am a FTM and had super high hopes for it. it worked so well at the start for about a week then slowly just started to get less each time I pumped and had to invest in another pump and/or use a manual one definitely harder for larger breasts and fitting it in bra also need more flange sizes or inserts would really like to give it another go so would love some assistance or advice
I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in this product. i was so excited about getting them for the ease but they are anything but horribly dissapointed. 1.Not enough horn sizes for the bigger breast.which is leaving me with heavy and engorged breast, which is really uncomfortable 2. Doesn’t feel like it got out any milk for amount of time and intensity I had it set at and When I do Increase the intensity to higher levels only caused painful nipples without improving the results. 3. The app still needs some working on and need clear instructions on how to use the app and pump. I certainly would not recommend this product. Now I need to source another pump and deal with the fact that I’ve lost out on money for these pumps that do not work

I bought it just one month ago and they stop working. Please do not waste your money on it. They’re really expensive. I’ve been trying to return them but I can’t.

Very disappointed in this product. I’ve only been pumping for a month and they have already broke. If I was you don’t waste your money.
Honestly so disappointed. I bought these with my second in 2022, I was a “just enougher” with milk production and thought my poor milk output was due to that… however now 2 years later I’ve had my third and am overproducing. Even with painfully full breasts the right one pulls maybe an ounce with the left one not even pulling enough to get out of the collection cup due to the opening of the cup having a lip on the inside that traps a good amount of milk. I was able to hand express about FIVE OUNCES from each breast after using these for 20mins and only getting that meager output with them. On top of the the collection cups are INCREDIBLY hard to open and close properly.
I have been using the breast pump for two months on and off now trying to give it multiple chances. At first i thought I was not using it properly but all i get from each side is an ounce, when i use my other pump i can get 3-4 oz each side. It hurts alot to use and does not get the job done. not to mention the bottle attachment is shaped odd to where half an oz is left in the container and cant get it out.
