It tore my nipples up. They are raw now and having a hard time healing. I'm an over producer and I could barely get 3 oz from both breasts together. Wouldn't recommend this product. I love tommee tippee usually but this one isn't it. I had high hopes since I could pump and instantly put a nipple on it so my husband could feed our girl but this one isn't it. I will say the product looks like it's made of good materials and whatnot but it's just a lot to put on my nipples. Very sad it didn't work out but a little upset I spent all that money on something u can't use.

Definitely not what I expected. It is very painful and not comfortable at all. I am unsatisfied and would recommend not to buy this product. I've had a few of my friends asked about it and I have redirected them to other products than this one. I bought this product from Walmart and unfortunately they don't allow you to return the product since it has been opened and used with "body fluids" as they described.... Please don't waste your money because you won't be able to get it back. Paid $298 and it was not worth it.

Defective straight out of the box. They said bring it back to Walmart, but they don’t want it back either. Tommee Tippee said it’s already out of warranty, but my baby is only a month old. Company won’t stand behind its own warranty. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Save yourselves from the headache and move on to another brand.

upgrade on my last review, found out you can request parts for free from the company however it wasn’t purchased through my name and i don’t have an order number since they were a gift so i hope i can still get the parts sent to me for free as the website offers. i’ll be happier to have the correct flange size

kinda annoying how the milk collectors and base of the “bottles” are designed weird, milk gets stuck inside unless you have a syringe. i also can’t figure out how or where to find smaller flange sizes. i’m honestly annoyed. i do use them because i got them as a gift but it’s pointless without the right flange size.

I loved this at first but my milk supply has gone up since I purchased it and the past few times I've used it, my milk had leaked out of the side where the collector meets the pump. When I take it off, the milk is in the flange. I'm at a loss and hoping someone else has a solution! It's a good quality pump when my milk doesn't leak all over myself.

I’m very excited to try this pump. I have a medela wearable pump but really wanted this one. I am buying a used one off a friend bc she didn’t end up using it but a couple times and formula fed. The only thing is she does not have any paper things that come with it or the nipple scan part. So how do I order a size 21mm flange?? I’ve look everywhere.

If I could give this pump negative Stars I would. Not only does it hurt but it doesn't suck anything at all. I had to even purchase from Amazon extra phalanges to try to fit it in there so that maybe it was the wrong size and it still didn't work it barely sucks anything just to drop my breasts are still engorged after using it. I contacted support and it's been four freaking days speaking to these people. They don't answer. They just take a day to respond to one thing and then they wait till the next. They basically told me they can't compensate me they can't give me a refund and neither can they give me a hand pump. I just spent over $200 for nothing. My child is a preemie and I lost her twin, I was hospitalized and I thought this because I had used tommee tippee brand before with my first child. I thought their bottles were okay I thought everything was fine they had nice pacifiers my first son was formula so I didn't have to pump. So I thought it was a trustworthy brand. But at this point especially with the situation I'm not going to be purchasing anything from Tommy tippee again. I have already spoken to a lot of women in Facebook groups and they said that they had the same issues with the same pump. I am now renting a pump and it is really frustrating to me now that I have to use these pumps and waste more money because the one that I spent so much money on didn't work. The grocery store that I bought it and didn't accept the refund at all because they don't take breast pumps for health reasons. At this point I'm really frustrated and tired and you best believe that I'm going to copy and paste this review and put it out on other platforms because I don't want the same issue to happen to other women this is basically a scam. I also want to point out that I did take the pump to my breastfeeding specialist and they did say that everything was right the alignment was correct the sizing was correct everything looks fine it's just that the machine didn't suck enough.

Love how easy it is to take while traveling. Easy to understand the instructions. Unfortunately one of the pumps doesn’t work well. Not as good as the other at least. The suction is not as strong. I’ve tried different size flanges, charging, assembly correctly, but the suction does not work.

I bought this pump after my momcozzy went out on me as an exclusive pumper it has ruined my milk suppy. I could pump for 30 mins and maybe get 2 ml i have never gotten a complete ounce out've this pump and its SUPER painful to use biggest waste of my money when I thought i was making a great purchase

It is very painful and my milk never comes out after I use it for more than 20 minutes. I just wanted to be able to make my milk bank but now I think I won't be able to.

Upon getting the pump home and charged I realized it had issues staying connected to my phone. This would just be an inconvenience if the pump was usable without Bluetooth connection. I had to uninstall and re add the pump to my app. The battery life states it's good for 4 hours on a full charge... however after just an hour session the battery was almost dead. The suction and massage features on the pump are nearly non existant. After an hour of pumping I had less than an ounce in the collection bottle when normally I get at least teo or three ounces. Its noise and bulky so it doesn't feel comfortable. The design of the collection bottles is only beneficial if you can mass produce milk in one sitting. For this I will be returning this product to walmart and getting a different one. The only true statement on the box about this product is that it's completely tubeless.

I love this pump. There was a big learning curve to figuring out what exactly I needed to make this pump work. First, my flange size was incorrect so I wasn’t expressing enough milk. If this is happening to you, I would suggest going down in size first. Secondly, their customer service is stellar. For some reason, one of my pumps lost suction. I called the company and they sent me brand new pumps at no cost to me. A huge plus are the free parts provided my Tommee Tippee. It has been a life saver when figuring out which flange size works for me. I went from only expressing 2 ounces with the wrong flange size to completely filling the collection container with the right size. I purchased this before they started offering the syringes to get all of the expressed milk out of the collection container. But, that is now offered for FREE as well which is truly the best think they could’ve done to solve the problem of having a corner of milk left. It completely gets all of the milk. Anyway, long review. But I love my pumps!!

Sincerely the worst breast pump out there. Even with correct fit, Falange sizes, etc… it barely pulls any milk. An exclusive pumper, I can honestly say this is a total waste of hard earned money.

Bought the pump, impossible to order different horn/flange sizes and other free parts since we live in Latvia, and apparently apart from the US you can't order them to any other country, or atleast to our country. Waste of money since we cannot even properly use it and there's no way to refund it either. Product support can't be contacted as well since it works only for people living in the US.

Honestly I see a lot of bad reviews and at first when I bought it , it was indeed hurting and uncomfortable but I realized it was the flange size and wearing the right bra that really helped and it does completely emptied me out I do in fact not like the fact I can’t get all the milk out of the container but it’s no biggie I just use a syringe to get the rest of the milk out 👍🏼☺️I love the pump to be honest it’s honestly worth my money 💵 and the fact they give you free spare parts which I did infact use I lost the duck valve once and got extra flanges in my right size which is 28 it came within a week !

Absolutely terrible product and I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Firstly extremely complicated to put together. Second, the pump simply doesn't work. Barely pulls any milk and trashes your nipples in the process. The battery life dies after one 30 min pumping session, so you can't even switch to the other breast with stopping to charge which takes forever. Loses Bluetooth connection constantly, usually when you are right in the middle of a pump. Also came with a card saying you can order extra flange sizes for free if you follow the QR code...which took me to an American site which will only let you order in the states and I cannot find any UK based offer for additional sizes. Tanked my supply. Absolutely do not buy, complete waste of money and time.
