The pumps are very bulky, you’ll want to size up your bra size or they won’t fit. I purchased mine a few months ago and one of the pumps is already going out as one pump will be empty the other will have less than a half an ounce in it. The design when you empty the pumps is awful and you aren’t able to get all of the milk out. When pumping if you lean too far forward milk spills out so really portable is used lightly. With the milk it’s very difficult to clean the pumps as there are so many crevices that you’ll need a toothpick or something of the sort to clean with. The app is useless I don’t even bother with it anymore.

The pumps are bulky, can’t lean forward or they fall. One of the pumps stops on its own before the time is up. Also, the app doesn’t work. It doesn’t measure milk correctly and you can only do one breast at a time via the app. Pumps are not user friendly. Not worth the price. I guess you can be hands free on your phone while pumping but other than that it’s a hassle to have them on trying to other things.

I have had this for about 2-3 months. My husband bought this for me, because I am a breast milk only mother. So breast pumping and breast feeding are all I do.I have only had minor problems with my pump. I can't hold my daughter very easily with them on. I can't lean forward with them on. They are fairly bulky. They ARE convenient. I can do the laundry and wash dishes with them. They have been a very reliable product. The only issues I have are leaking around the release botton, where the pump and collection bottle connect. And one of my pumps stops and starts on its own all the time. Other then that generally a great product. Hope for some improvement. But all in all okay.

I followed the QR code on the box to request extra parts. I only needed the different size flanges, since the one I bought only came with the 2 largest sizes. When I got to the party where I select what I want, I decided to go ahead and get extra pieces for the bottles as well, so I didn't have to wash them every single time, as I will be using this at work. After a few days I didn't get any kind of email confirmation, so I went back oblige and ordered more. 2 days later I did get an email. About 5 days after that I got my parts in the mail, well everything except the different size flanges, which is what I need most. So I go to the contact me part of the website and call the number. After being on hold for 35 minutes without speaking to a single person, I finally hung up. I am going to try to return this pump and get my money back.

The product worked well in the beginning. The only annoying part at the time was the amount of parts that needed to be washed, but we were able to get free additional parts so we didn’t necessarily need to wash the parts as often. However. After 1.5-2 months one of the pumps stopped working. It would turn off on its own or turn off if it was moved, even with a full charge. At one point, it would even increase to the max suction on its own. I tried getting help through the app, but got no where. I was stuck having to use 1 pump until I was able to get a completely different pump from the insurance company. This doubled the time I needed to pump. No one else seems to have had the same issue, so I’m hoping I just got a bad batch, but I really did enjoy the product when it was working properly.

Ordered the pump from Amazon after hearing the best about the pumps. First off they are bulky. So as a larger chested person these get hard to use. On top of it only comes with 2 flange sizes. Both are to big and I can’t find on the website where to order smaller ones. The biggest design flaw is that the part that connects the pump to the containers on bottom are flat. So you never get all the milk out without use of assistance of a syringe. So you’ll always be about half an ounce short. The pumps keep disconnecting and having to be repaired to the phone. Sometimes one won’t work at all and you have to reset the device.

It says it comes with 5 different horn sizes but i only revived 2. They are way too big and can’t figure out how to order a smaller size so i can get my moneys worth of out this pump.

I purchased my pump from Walmart but my horn sizes are to big as they are the 24mm and 28mm I feel like if it came with smaller sizes as it says in the description here that it has 5 sizes of the horns that the pumps would work a lot better and not cause so much pain

There were not 5 pairs of flange sizes in the box set that I purchased from Walmart. The box was still sealed from the factory. There was only the 2 most largest mm 24mm and 28mm.

Flange sizes are only available for bigger nipples. The app disconnects or doesn't connect at all, also doesn't retain memory of a finished session. Nor does the app accurately read amount in bottle. Cannot pour all milk or water out without intervention with a syringe or cloth. Cannot bend or even tilt forward while wearing milk will spill out. Cannot wear and carry baby for it is easily dislodged. I really like this brand but it seems they have a long way to go when it comes to accessories for their products. For the most part I prefer this pump over the advent one I have, I just wish improvements were made.

Doesn’t have the power to suction all of the milk. My breast are still full every time, I’ve even pumped for 30 min and still not nearly as much as my other pumps. Product is extremely bulky! My breast have grown significantly from breast feeding and having these on does not look cute nor does it make my clothes fit while wearing. Bluetooth always disconnects I have to always remove and reconnect to it can connect to the app. Sometimes I have to use it without the app. Lastly it comes with sooo many tiny parts! It makes it difficult to wash. I’m a first time new mommy with twins so you can imagine how annoying this could be. Luckily I got this as a gift. I wouldn’t recommend buying.

I like that there is app control and monitoring, but it’s irritating to have to switch screens for each pump and the monitoring is inaccurate. The pumps themselves are bulky and leak from overflow when the pump SHOULD HAVE automatically stopped. And one of the pumps has a high pitched ringing sound that gives me a headache. At the end of the day the only thing I like is that i have free hands (even tho it takes longer to pump) and that it’s quite easy to go from pump to bottle.

I was hopeful, I really was… When I first purchased and used I wasn’t expressing much milk. I thought it was the wrong size suction, so I received my free replacement. I have yet to have a large amount of milk come from these pumps. I was thinking it was due to my supply, but I’m sitting here pumping backed up and swollen - 15 minutes now and have 2 oz. The only advice I’m getting is the try a different size, but I’ve measured and tried that already. Really disappointed. :(

Its expensive and the app is a pain in the butt to link up with and has to have a million different permissions. Finally got it linked up after 30 minutes and it doesn't work and Walmart wont let me return it....

Painfully bruised nipples due to it not coming with the proper horn sizes, which makes it feel awfully a lot like false advertising. They have some parts request form to get the right parts, but nobody contacts you even though you fill it out multiple times & in the meantime you’re unable to use the product you spent a lot of money on. It’s lucky if nobody sues….

I will start by saying I liked the packaging, app control, and extra equipment. But i should’ve listened to the other reviews. I used to have the mom cozy s12 pro pump and a piece broke off so i thought to switch to this one. For comparison, I used to get 6+ oz out of my right and 3ish to 4oz out of my left and that was within a 20 min pump session. With these pumps, it’ll take 30 mins to get maybe half of that and my breast will still be full. It’s a pain to pump already with a newborn, these make so much harder. I wish they would’ve worked out for me because they’re so cute and I love the fact you can turn the pump into a bottle. I’m probably just going to turn back to the mom cozy and that sucks considering i’ve spent $250 on these.
