Slow delivery. Very poor and slowly customer service.
I had a problem with headphones and they ask me a video of the issue in order to have the product change.
I suspect they sell fake products. My headphones was not recognized by the official app. They offer a discount cupon for a good review on trustpilot.
Update: they want the pack to be deliver in China for full refund (50€).

Do not waste your money, they are scammer, they will send you non working item since they know you will not going to send it back due to expensive return shipment.

Avoid. Brought a headset, email confirmed payment then another email said payment failed. Ordered a second time (foolishly) then realised two lots of payment taken out. Two headsets arrived, sent one back, still awaiting my refund. Email after email asking for proof I sent it back etc which I provided having sent it back through signed postage. Still not good enough £30 down and still being told to be patient after 3 months for them to receive the item. Ridiculous DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I would give zero stars if I could. This website is a scam. It took a month to get an item. When it arrived it was not what I ordered and was broken. They now are requesting a video of the broken item and will not provide a refund for a return. Buyer beware!

very bad to do any business with takes 26 days or more to get item then send wrong one and the one they sent was doa. don't waste your money will not get it back no mater how wrong they were. they should not get 1 star should be -10 very,very ,very very ,bad,bad,bad,bad, should not be allowed to sell any thing on the internet. it say's to let them know about your review like it will matter?

I need my webcam for work and they stolen my money instead. I bought this webcam 25 days ago. I paid it a lot even if it’s Chinese as prices raised because of COVID-19. I have paid the extra to have it delivered by private fast courier after 6 days from the purchase. I haven’t seen the webcam, yet! I wrote them many emails and they always replied I had just to wait ‘patiently’ and today comes up they don’t even have the webcam because the factory they buy it from still has to assemble it! SCUM!!! BE AWARE NEVER BUY FROM TOMTOP! They’re just liars and dishonest thieves!

Ordered a model RC airplane. told order was processed. Just received email asking for 14 dollars for shipping costs. Strange a UK company asks for payment in dollars. Dodgy stay away. Stated free postage on offer and was purchased on those conditions.

I ordered size small gloves and they sent a large, after I informed them they said it was my fault and I ordered a size large. I took a screen shot of my order which was for a size small and they still told me it was my fault.
Absolute joke £30 wasted. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I buy some capacitors by tomtop and the post ofice at my destination put me to pay extra money (£11).
So AVOID to buy at this shop

Seller sent me a defect printer. Told me he will refund me 12€, thats a joke for a 180€ printer. As i aked to send back the printer i was told that i will have to pay the shipping. Thats not true due to the law the seller has to pay the shipping for a defect produkt.
I dont recommend this seller very bad and unpolite customer support.

After my first review the support sent me an email and told me they would refund me 30€ nerver got the 30€ refund.
After i asked them when they will refund me the 30€ they told me that i will have to delet my first review that i will get the money back.

Thast not the right way to get better reviews.

I order a HUAWEI Honor Color Band A2 Band Smart Wristband. And I found that it was not the latest version. So I cancel the order (less than 5 minutes after placing my original order) and request a refund from PayPal. I sent an mail to wholesale @tomtop.com requesting the same. I received a reply the next day to close the PayPal dispute. I replied that I will close the dispute only after receiving my refund. After a week I received a refund but not full (a partial refund). No message back yet. I'm dealing through PayPal now. Better to avoid this scammer site.

I will never shop again from this company.Bad customer service, delivered my items a month late and didn’t tell me anything about the Custom ,Won’t recommend to anyone to shopping.

I ordered a drawing tablet on 27/10/19 and still haven't received it. I emailed tomtop three weeks in a they said don't worry it's on the way and sent the delivery details which did really mean much as I had the tracking details already and had no clear timings. I emailed Tomtop two weeks ago. They replied and suggested that I contact DHL who are supposed to be delivering the tablet. I replied back and explained it was there responsibility to contact DHL because they are using this courier company. They replied and said they would contact them to find out what is happening with delivery. I haven't heard back yet.
