FRAUDULENT WEBSITE!!

I am SO upset, irritated, and disappointed with my experience with TomTop. I submitted an order for a PockRock which cost me $25.99. First I noticed the item hasn't arrived by the time they said it would be so I started emailing them and I always would get the same robotic response. After questioning them for a date of delivery and being told the same thing over and over again, they finally sent me an email saying my package had been delivered. So I go to the front office where packages are signed for by our property's office agents whom have a strict system on receiving and signing for packages. I went every day for 4 days after receiving that email from TomTop "claiming" that the item was in fact already delivered to my shipping address. So far to this day, there has been no record of anything signed for at our office and there has been nothing delivered to my mailbox. Nothing delivered to my address. So on top of them being LATE on the delivery, they ended up not even having delivered anything to me. I have been going back and forth with TomTop and they're refusing to do anything to resolve this issue!!! They're telling me to go to the Post office and get proof that the item wasn't delivered. Ordering me to waste MY time looking for something they actually never sent to me. HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. If I knew I was gonna get my money stolen and my time wasted, I would have NEVER ordered from them. Now I'm just trying to get them to take me seriously and WARN EVERYONE to not trust TomTop with your money because they stole mine. I would never again order from here, and I hope nobody has to deal with TomTops fraudulent activities and HORRIBLE customer service from Amy, Alissa, Faye and specially Steven. Extremely Dodgy Company. AVOID!!!!!!

This Chinese company, masquerading as a UK company, is fine until there is a problem, and then they are a bunch of cheats and crooks who will NOT obligate any warranty.

I received an Xduoo X10 ii music player (£180) which stopped outputting sound after three months. I was asked to video this and put it on YouTube, and if I didn't do this they wouldn't provide an address to return the item. I have a landline and computer, but no video recorder, so how can I do this? Even if I could do this, a video would not highlight a circuit fault to the sound output, as the player turns on as normal and looks normal. This fault has been confirmed by Richer Sounds technicians.

There are numerous complaints that even those who have sent videos, have received no refund or replacement. Please check other reviews for further clarification of this company's dishonesty.

Without doubt this is the WORST customer service I have received from any company, ever. I will never buy from Tomtop again, I advise you to think twice before even considering buying from this Dodgy Chinese company.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH TOMTOP
Bought SJ8PRO £141 from Tomtop. It was faulty. After some correspondence they gave me an RMA number to return it to them at my expense.
I sent it recorded signed delivery(£17).
After 6 weeks of emailing Tomtop they finally told me no refund or replacement as the camera didn't arrive, despite Hong Kong post confirming date and time of delivery!
Now they ignore my emails.
UPDATE!
Since this review Tomtop has given me a full refund.
It's a shame that it took so long to reach a satisfactory outcome, but Yeri from Tomtop was very helpful and I even received a follow up email check that the refund was received.

I purchased an SG906 drone not realising it came from China. First of all delivery was slow and tracking was awful. I flew the drone twice and it lost control from my controller and crashed. The last time was into a corn field with which luckily I found it. I emailed them as it is obviously faulty and they required the box it was delivered in a full video of the fault lol which I cannot do as I will not fly it again as it could cause injury or a serious accident and thirdly they want me to pay for the return back to China. Please please avoid this company as customer service is awful and they put so many barriers up you will never receive a refund or change of goods. Deal with a UK company also be careful as website on google looks like UK company it is all shipped from China with very slow shipping times. Buy at your peril. I have called PayPal who hopefully can sort this out if you do purchase do not pay with your own card as you will never see your money again if faulty or you don’t want them item any longer.

Amazing customer service!

I ordered an Ipad Pencil charger holder from Tomtop.
I did have some issues with the product and initially had trouble contacting and rectifying this with the company. Although this was the case, after sometime I was contacted by their customer service team who have been nothing but apologetic and helpful in resolving this issues. Greatly applaud this level of customer service even thou I didn't end up needing the charger.

Don't expect any warranty!

The worst experience i've had in shopping online. I had a warranty claim for my Roborock S50. After a few back-and forth with their Customer Service they stop responding! Don't expect any warranty!

Stay Away

Terrible just terrible I ordered a smart pet walk and talk toy. It took 5 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it was in a brown paper envelope and did not work. No damage physically just would not turn on. I tried in vain to contact them for a return/refund they ignored all my messages so I asked PayPal to help. TomTop then contacted me and said they will give me a measly £2 refund of which they said was the maximum refund they do. NOT ONLY BEING CRAP BREAKING LAWS TOO. Worst company I've ever come across
Stick with WISH JOOM and GEEK always helpful and cheaper

The customer service is appalling

The customer service is appalling! I'd suggest avoiding this company like the plague. I ordered two maps, one arrived damaged the other not at all. When I enquired I was told to 'wait a while'. The damaged one they said it was checked and fine when it left their distribution. They took no responsibility for transit. When I requested a refund they offered points, then 0.5 USD, then 1USD well short of the price paid.

Long story short, still with one unusable map and one non existent I kept chasing customer services and in total waited 68 days to then be told it had been tracked to my local post office (bearing in mind the one that did arrive damaged had rather large print saying UNTRACKED on it). I was asked to enquire at the local post office, which I did and showed the postmaster the received package. I'll refrain from using the words he used but how can an untracked item be tracked to the local post office? Once I relayed this information back to Tomtop I was suddenly refunded for both orders. If I hadn't kept on chasing they wouldn't have bothered with any customer service.

Those reviews on here with 5 stars seem to be the lucky ones, risk at your own peril....

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE !!!! Read through the reviews before you order from these THIEVES !!!
58% of us cant be wrong !! And the 'good' reviews are fake, paid for by the company. Bought a watch before Christmas 2018. Didn't work so they tried to fob me off saying they would repair it. Repairs to a new product? I don't think so. They asked me to send a video which I did. No response until I said I wanted a refund and would pay to return it which I did. Waited months, checked with the carrier to see if it was received. It was. No response until I contact them again weeks later. They said they hadn't received it until I challenged them they were lying because I had proof then they made up some story saying they had to collect it from somewhere else. Lastly I threatened them with legal action because they had my money and the watch which I had paid to return. I have still received no reply. They are out and out THIEVES!!! Please don't waste your money or your time on these fraudsters. If you want more proof. Read the rest of the reviews. It wouldn't let me give no stars or I would have.

Terrible customer support!

Do not buy with TomTop!

I've ordered a phone 8 months ago, and never received it. When contacting them, they were always quick to pass the responsibility of the problem to DHL.

I was in contact with them for over 6 months, and in the end neither TomTop neither DHL couldn't find my parcel.

Tomtop just apologized for that, and didn't offer me a refund or sent a new phone.

Avoid at all costs!

EDIT: After posting many reviews in different websites the issue got sorted straight away (why couldn't this be done in the first place??) So my recommendation is if you a have a problem with them, publish everywhere!
