Absolutely disappointed with tomtop is an understatement they have ruined my sons Christmas I bought him a light as he's a dj it was sent from China and has now been lying in Heathrow holding arew for 2days now and I've emailed them loads and they are doing absolutely nothing to speed up delivery of parcel or give me a UK contact number to speak to them so tomtop get ready for some media backlash and they haven't even had the descency to apologise for what is clearly a total disregard for customer service but took the money from my bank account which was hard to get as it was from our unemployment benefit

After contact with Tomtop - "Support" (??) there is not a help or support. Only asked me again and again to make a Video? It seems for this "support" not easy to understand, that it is not possible to use my camera to shoot a Video ---- Camera don`t work with this defect item - And when I use my original PowerPack, then it cannot Show the malfunction of the TomTop-Powerpack!!!!

Terrible and not helpful "Support" Only waste my time!!!! Never will buy again at TomTop!!

I ordered two Xaiomi M365 scooters from Tomtop at end of December expecting around a week or two for delivery (to Northern Ireland) from Europe. Shipped emails were received for both the next day, but the tracking links were invalid. I was immediately concerned, imagining either a long slow shipment from China or worse and contacted Tomtop support. They insisted that shipment was indeed from Europe and that tracking links would work in a day or two. Approx 10 days from shipment notification I received a UPS email with new, this time valid tracking links indicating shipment started in Poland on original shipping date and delivery was scheduled the next day.
The scooters arrived in perfect condition as per UPS schedule and less than 2 weeks from ordering. This would have been a perfect 5 star transaction for me without the original invalid tracking links and an anxiety inducing 9/10 day wait before a valid tracking link was received.

yes i certainly will buy from these people again and have recommended them to my friends.also as good valiue for money and fast shipping to australia.thank you.

TOMTOP advises they have a warranty on their products but in truth it does not really exist. My product failed after limited use and this was their reply:

"Thanks for your mail.
Since you have used the item for a long time and it is almost out of warranty. I am sorry that we only can issue you 5usd refund as compensation.

I have tried many many times to reach a resolution with this company and their response is a "cut and paste" about giving me $5usd. My product was worth much much more than that. Don't order from this company.

I will continue to warn others about this company and their deceptive representations about having a warranty on their products.

The items I bought came quickly and quality is fine. If I had any problems, communication was good. I used their website to contact them and telegram. So, I would recommend anyone to use tomtop.
