No idea how this company has some good reviews... I guess it is only good if your product arrives in working order. My product arrived not working properly and instead of taking it back as most companies do, Tomtoo ask you to jumo through hoops to prove the product is broken. Why do I need to spend time sending you videos when your product is sent with a fault. No doubt the company will reply to this email with some rubish comment. The moral of the story is your better off shopping with a company like Amazon as they are able to have much better customer care when a problem occurs.

I bought a car window switch, cost me 42 dollars when I received it, it was not working, I emailed them and told them that the item is defective. they asked me to make a YouTube video showing you problem. So I did. Since then they keep asking me to wait, and thanks for understanding. They keep telling me the same thing over and over. Wait wait wait.
One time they offered me 15 back. I email them back that's I want a full refund. They asked me to provide a reason. So I did, and now
They are doing nothing about it. They email me back asking me to provide a reason why I am returning the item. I emailed them back thats the second time they adk me that. I am still waiting for them to send me a return address which I have to pay for the shipping. Its been almost 4 weeks. Never buy anything from them ever again. They don't back up there product. They're cons. They are the worst place to buy from.
