Such a disappointment from Totaal bed.
First of all i paid for the service that my bed should be brought inside and installed but unfortunately they couldn’t bring everything inside and they didn’t even try.
Second they don’t have a good reception they look at me as if am a no body in their store just because am African.It’s such a shame that I had to get help from people i didn’t even buy a bed from and Totaal services couldn’t come to fix what they didn’t finish.
It’s such a disgrace from you people.

When a customer orders a bed from us, we assume that the customer is aware of whether or not an item will fit through the stairwell, after all, we do not come to our customers' homes in advance. If in doubt, our fitters will not force an item upstairs, in order to prevent damage to the home and the item. We find your comment regarding your origin regrettable. Our employees will treat every customer, regardless of origin, skin color or religion, with the utmost respect. It is also unclear to us what exactly was said that gave you this feeling. The sales adviser took a lot of time for us, showing us various beds and letting us try out many mattresses, and gave us useful advice. The delivery and assembly of the bed was done well and fast.

Rude and unprofessional
The men who came for installation were rude. They refused to take off their shoes or to rub it clean on a mat so my stairs were left very dirty after they left. In addition to this, they were very noisy and loud, throwing the panels on the floor. The head panel was brought inside the house without plastic and was already dirty. If I did not tell them to clean it, it would have been terrible from the start. Very unhappy with the bed installation experience.

Wrong Duvet Size! Not trustworthy
We bought our box spring together with a duvet from them! We did not use the Duvet for a long time and when we opened it we noticed that the size is way different with the size mentioned on the invoice and ob the package!!! We bough and paid for 200 x 240 but now it turns out to be 180 x 220 !!!!!! I shocked but i could not complain as we bought it months ago! I regret trusting them on the size and did not check it when arrived immediately.
Do not trust them! Never ever buy from them again

Incomplete order and delivery
Incomplete cupboard sent even after a part of the order could.not be completed. Have to live with an incomplete furniture piece for more than 6 weeks even though this was ordered atleast 3 months in advance.

We ordered a new bed and received…
We ordered a new bed and received excellent consultation and service. The delivery was perfectly organised and when part of the bed did not fit through the staircase, totaalbed went out of the way to safely get the parts through the window.
We are very happy with the company.

The bed is ok, delivery and service not so much
The bed is ok, the delivery and assembly not so much. The pieces we got delivered did not match what was in the schematics, a lot of extra holes had to be drilled and the some of the ones that were predrilled were not at the right place because the pieces would now align. Customer service is also very unresponsive over the phone. In the end we managed to put it together and it looks nice, but at some point it felt like it would have been less effort to build the bed ourselves from scratch.

They workers were careful while taking out the bed and accessoires out off the truck. They explainded and how to hook up the bed and gave tips and instructions how to take care of it. Much appreciate it.
