Bad Qaulity
Everything was according to the plan except for the bed quality itself.
The bed is noisy, when we mount on it and dismounting, it creates noises which is not acceptable at all

Never go wrong with premium beds
Knowing fully well that I want to wake up feeling rich, I decided to go for an expensive premium electric boxspring bed.
Delivery took about 6 weeks which was communicated to me before purchase and also paid on delivery.
So far, the bed has been nothing but 'gezellig'. I really wake up feeling like I own the Netherland.

Delivery People used their shoes in my home...
We don`t use shoes at home. We kindly asked them to put off their shoes. They didn`t accept that because of safety regulations which is very understandable. Then we offered them to wear plastic overshoes on top of their shoes. They don`t accept it either. I have never seen it in other companies. So eventually we had to leave them enter.(Normally my intension was canceling to order because the cleaning is very sensitive issue for us but my wife insisted) The setup and the rest was OK. We are happy also from product. But the process deserved 1 star.

Good bed with nice service
We wanted a good bed in decent price and Frans helped us in finding one. We wanted to get it delivered before a certain date and TotalBed did that. Totally satisfied with quality, delivery and assembly.

Poor Delivery time management
My one and only condition before buying beds was that I needed beds on time. The store assured me that it would be done in time. However, there was poor coordination between store and the central warehouse. My beds were delayed by 20 days. I had to buy a mattress to sleep on the floor for 3 weeks.

Your team failed to notify us on the…
Your team failed to notify us on the delivery of the products. First, the salesperson selected store pick-up, although I clearly expected home delivery and mounting. And then nobody notified me once the products arrived. I found out about it myself. But in the end, the delivery team worked hard to fix a new date for the delivery, gave it priority and all was good. The material is really nice, good quality. :)
