I ordered mattress and I received it on the same day and within an hour as promised by totalBED. Quality of the mattress is really good and prices are very reasonable.

Perfecte service, communicatie, levering optijd en montage.

We bought cheap one bed en topper. So almost within 2 months there is a duik in the bed en pluizig. Bed should be good enough for like some years. Cheap does not mean that within some month not good.
Bed size is perfect. Service was good.

One of my favourite stores. Excellent products, attractive prices and an extremely friendly staff. What else to wish? I do use it regularly.

I order for a bed and I am still waiting. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. BAD EXPERIENCE. I AM SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR. NEVER EVER WILL I ORDER HERE AGAIN

Very very bad experience of buying a bed and a closet. 3 times wrong delivery and each time, more than 2 months waiting.
How is it possible? I do not know what the hell are they doing at Totaalbed with stupid mistakes. We ordered in august, finally, we received the correct parts after several appointments in February!!
They did not even compensate for these stupid mistakes!!
Never buy here. I also told my friends and colleagues about my awful experience and totaled.

bought a bed from this showroom,
handpicked all the colors and customizations, received the bed in a different color, so ask to return it, they declined my request because they tell me can't return a bed bought from the store (a piece of information was never told) and they also told mel signed an order contract with these colors, though nowhere in my order contract does it mention the customizations I requested specifically. Moreover they tell me that the person in the showroom gave me incorrect information because the customizations requested are not even possible (which is to get a headboard with different color stitching). The worst part of this all is that the customer service said that it's my fault that I didn't get the sales person to specifically write the stiching color in the order contract! That's what get for trusting a sales person.

If I could give Totaalbed zero stars, I would! worst experience of my life! I purchased the bed in the store made sure to tell the salesperson I need the accents in light oak, and white stitching! I literally pointed and stressed that, the bed is delivered dark oak and blue stitching, I called them to see my options they mentioned I can either

1. return the bed, since I have 90 days of test sleep or
2. replace the wrong parts!

since replacing the parts would take 2 months to arrive, I chose to return the bed and I went ahead and purchased another one, after that ,they replied to tell me that I cannot return the bed since I purchased in-store and I have no right to return!!! so not only did they register my order incorrectly they also misinformed me now I’m out thousands of euros and left with a bed that wasn’t my choice!

We bought a closet from Totaalbed UTRECHT and it was really a Total bad experience for us, the first time they came with the delivery, some parts were damaged and the man was just using them as normal, until we noticed these damaged pieces, and the closet was almost assembled so we had to keep it like that, ... then they came to replace it but we had course to wait till next delivery, the upsetting thing is that when they came with new parts they were narrower and they couldn ' t know that till they are disassembled and assembled it again, this is really not professional, ... so we had to wait again for next delivery, at the final they replace the parts but the closet is horribly unstable. we don't like to call them again, because we are really tired with this. it wasn't nice to empty to closet and put the clothes back in every time.
As a conclusion we didn't like our experience with total bed and we don't recommend it.
