My restoration project was abandoned by a different garage & left as scrap. Thankfully Dan & Dan see pity on me… and with the help of Reg & his excellent co workers began what looked like an impossible task… 12 months later one very happy customer.

Craig was really helpful and did his best to get my car back to me asap. My car was hit, by a hit and run, while stationed outside my house. And the parts needed to repair my vehicle were hard to come by. Luckily Craig sourced the parts.
My car was returned to me yesterday and it had even had valet.

We were really pleased with the repairs to our car after a nasty accident. The car came back to us looking like it did before. We would have liked a few more updates as it was there for over 5 weeks but we understand how busy they were. They did their utmost to get it back to us for Christmas which we were very happy with. Thankyou Total Care Motors.

Car went in for repairs after an accident. Was told 2-3 weeks for car to be repaired. I can understand if this can’t be delivered but the communication was weak in letting me know. I had to call 95% of the time to find out what was going on. I got my car back after 7 weeks.

After waiting weeks for the car back, upon collection it wasn’t completely repaired. I even waited a few days after I got called that it was fixed as couldn’t get to the garage. The horn still wasn’t working. You would think it would all be checked before the customer collects. I then had to wait a further 3 days to receive my car.

After being told the car would get valeted, once I received the car it wasn’t very clean. I appreciate it was delivered and can get dirty during transportation but the inside was dirty. On the back of car seats, and also no plastic protection covers over the seat, steering wheel or floor.

After waiting several weeks, weak communication, not even repaired upon collection, no gesture of good will offered, other than delivering my car.

I used TMC for repairs after an accident. They were efficient and helpful and the car looked as good as new afterwards.

Car was fixed lovely. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the lack of communication as to how it was going. I was told 4-5 days. It was me calling, for an update. Think they should of updated me. Especially as it took over 2wks before I got car back. The car was cleaned really well when I did get it back

I use Total motor care at Sandwich Industrial estate to do my ford Kuga’s MOT and service. I knew it needed things done to it all break pads and discs etc so I was dreading the bill.
I had not previously used them.
I can honestly say they went above and beyond for me even collecting me back and forth from another town, they did an incredible job and the car has come back valeted inside and out.
The bill was extremely reasonable far less than what I was expecting.
Can’t say that that’s ever happened at a garage I’ve been to before and I’ve been driving for 30 years.
I was left thinking this is where I’ll always come in the future. Great customer service and best of all you do not get ripped off.

Excellent work carried out.I got my vehicle back a week earlier than expected.It was returned with a full valet service.This was a damage repair.Would I use this garage 100% yes.But I hope not
