Anyone else notice the Army Bomb MOTS is not legit? Wrong strap, box is wrong aka shows army symbol and not Bts and the bag doesnt say 'special edition'. Also box super bent with ridged lines

They shipped fast and gave me exactly what i wanted and saw on the website

I ordered a bunch of stuff in April and still have not received them, it is currently July 18th. It's my first time shopping with Tometo Kawaii Shop and I've already been scolded for trusting too much on somewhere I didn't shop from before by my mom. I don't need to hear it again.

Look, I understand we're in difficult times with COVID-19 right now, but even if it's delayed at least help me track my package you know? I emailed them and they've responded trying to help me out, I was given a tracking number for a different website that's not their track my order and the latest update now is that about a week ago and it's on it's way. I'm getting nervous after reading some bad reviews and I am not looking forward to more scolding and disappointment if there is something wrong with package I receive.

I try to be understanding of difficult situations and seeing the news, a lot has been happening lately.

I only wish there was better communication and updates for the customer. I'm getting nervous thinking what if my package comes in deformed or if someone stole it? I even wonder if they'll tell me when it arrives or do I have to go looking?

What irked me more, was that I was sent an email to rate the items I purchased...

Well, I will rate them once I actually get them.

I give 3 stars because I feel like they aren't so bad, it's just this bad experience especially during this time of COVID-19 and natural disasters, also the customer service wasn't too bad either. I was answered and assured that my package is coming.

My friends say I'm being too nice, but I really hope this is just a misunderstanding.

Will I shop from them again?

I'm not purchasing anything else from them until I receive my package.

An update on this order! July 28th 2020

I give them 5 stars.

I received my items today, but before that I was contacted that they were sorry for everything and they made a duplicate order for me. In the end, the carrier with my package was found and I received it. To this, Tometo Kawaii Shop told me that the duplicate order will not be cancelled and it's considered a gift from them.

Thanks to the great customer service I was patient with them and eventually earned an extra free package of what I've previously ordered and feel satisfied with the items I received. I also appreciate that for the duplicate order they changed it to a different carrier.

I will definitely shop from them again, I do hope that people aren't giving them too much trouble. You know that the people working there are human too right? Also, take into consideration the difficult times.

Be aware of your packages.

If your package comes from China and you hear on the news that China had flooding, I don't suggest ordering from there :)

I feel like people get too self centered when shopping online, but please be a smart shopper and communicate well with your vendor. Don't annoy the heck out of them either, that really doesn't help anyone.

I'm glad that kindness and patience led me here.

I'm sorry I sound so formal, I relate to working with difficult customers as I also work in customer service. Trust me, it can be a pain to deal with certain people and with so much pressure caused by the pandemic and many natural disasters happening around the world.

In the end, I'm happy with my results. They went beyond what I expected to keep me happy. Thank you Tometo Kawaii Shop for helping me through this difficult situation.

I ordered an army bomb I had waited a month before it had got to me I just gotten it today and the strap is black when it should be silver my army bomb box is bent and ruined but the army bomb its self was broken the plastic on the side is starting to come apart and I don’t know how to fix it.
Update: they emailed me and said to send pictures and they will fix the problem immediately but it’s literally been three days and not a single response back I’m pissed!!!

I ordered a bunch of items in early April 2020. A few hundred dollars worth. I still haven't received the items and it originally said 2 to 4 weeks. It's been 12 weeks. I have emailed this company multiple times, messaged them on Instagram and on Facebook multiple times and I've never gotten a response. Really messed up customer service. Do not trust this company. They also charge your credit card right away before they even ship the items.

I've ordered bt21 shoes and it hasn't arrived yet I understand the delay because of covid19 but they're sending emails to review the product when I haven't even received it plus they're not answering to my mails

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, unbelievable rude. Product I received was also different that advertised, poor quality. I will never purchase from them again.

Horrible customer service. I emailed them a question and they did reply but didnt exactly answer my question. My question was if the MOTS7 lightstick was official and authentic. They then texted me, with a coupon. Coupon didnt work. I told them that and then asked my question. They never answered my question even though I only asked them it EIGHT minutes after they last replied. They never replied. I texted them almost everyday, no answer. I also emailed them several times, no answer. I DMed them on instagram, no reply. One week later, I was tired of it and just said I wouldnt buy from their shop. THEN THEY FINALLY REPLIED. “Unfortunately, I’m not 100% sure. Please reach out to our customer support team and they should be able to assist you with this!” No apologies for being a week late? Why couldnt the person just look it up or ask around. I DID EMAIL THEM PLENTY TIMES BUT THEY NEVER ANSWERED. They clearly don’t even know their own store. I might come back to the store because they do have nice stuff but their customer service is SO BAD!

I love this store! Every item I have bought from this store (and I’ve bought a lot) has been good quality at a low price. Not only are the products cute and good quality but the owners are also really sweet and care about your order. The orders arrive quicker than other sites like Wish and AliExpress. The only negative comments I have seen about this site is slow orders but the orders were during Covid19 ‘s highest peak so of course the orders would be delayed for quarantine. I honestly love this site for the range of products and the owners of the store. I’m not one to favour a product over another but I really do love this store! Please give it a try

Do I still need to pay for the shipping fee even if the item that I want is for free??

it’s a prank ! origin from china not from japan! it’s was packed at wuhan,china! order it almost three months ago still not arrived ! no email was received after purchasing! horrible prank !

I love the cute items they have at TotemoKawaiiShop! Whenever I buy from here, the items are exactly what I've ordered and sometimes they give you free items with your purchase too! Once, one of my items didn't arrive so I emailed them and they were very helpful with locating and re-sending the item. It does take a long while for the order to arrive, which is completely understandable since the items are from other countries. And when they do come, all items you've purchased will come together in cute breathable sleeves with a zip-lock zipper thingy, inside plastic packaging.

I always go to Totemo Kawaii Shop to find cute things I wouldn't find anywhere else. I really enjoy getting free gifts with my orders and I've been using the same BT21 wallet for about 2 years now. For a wallet I use every day, it's held up better than I could've expected and the print on it hasn't faded at all! As for the clothing, I feel like ordering a size up is pretty standard and you should definitely use discretion there. All in all it's a great e-shop for Kpop merch and other cute trends.

Always great customer service and amazing products. Even due to the difficulties due to deliveries etc from the recent events, they have always been doing their best to ensure everyone gets their items in the quickest time possible

I’ve been a customer since 2018 and everything I’ve ever ordered from Totemo Kawaii Shop has arrived quick for international shipping and well packaged. Nothing but good experiences with them! My sister and I both love their products so much. Plus their product variety is amazing.

I ordered 2 sweater for my friends last year only one arrived. I waited for a few months before I sent in an inquiry. It took awhile but they did respond and Jenny was really good she sent me my missing sweater and follow up with me. I'm very happy with her great service, thank you Jenny 👍👍👍
