Totemo Kawaii Shop Reviews

Totemo Kawaii is amazing! They're very customer-friendly and are responsive when you reach out to them. I've always received my stuff on time and they post on their website the estimate time it would take so they're setting forth expectations. I also love the packaging they send the items in as I can reuse them for other things.

I love shopping through Tokemo Kawaii Shop. The clothes fit just right plus you get all kinds of free stuff with your order. Due to COVID-19 shipping was a little longer than usual, but if I have any questions about my shipment or anything else, all I have to do Is email and they respond immediately. I will continue shopping here.

I discovered Totemo Kawaii Shop in 2017 and have been shopping with them since. They’re genuinely a really great shop! I’ve never had any problems with them. My items have been delivered in reasonable time lengths, and they’ve come in their proper conditions! Sometimes you’ll get a little freebie with your purchase too which is sweet. The team running the shop are nice people too. Any issues or concerns you may have, they talk patiently and listen to your concerns, and do their best to help! This is hands down one of my favourite merch shops ❤️

ALSO! Personally, no matter how pretty or how much I want it, I wouldn't want to buy a t-shirt from online that's say $30-$50 for example, when I could get a t-shirt from my local mall or stores for $20 or less. I'm just someone who doesn't like buying things online that I could get locally for much cheaper. Totemo Kawaii Shop is awesome because most of their products are reasonably priced! Instead of shopping online and seeing a nice BTS hoodie for $40, you can get a BTS hoodie from this shop for $20 or less. Or for example school supplies. Instead of buying k-pop school supplies from sites selling them for over $25, Totemo sells them at prices $15 or less which is what the price of school supplies should be! Such as folders, pens, pencil cases etc. I just really like how reasonable their prices are! Another example; they have really nice backpacks for under $30, and I mean beautiful! They're beautifully designed and not backpacks you may find anywhere else, like their Sailor Moon backpack!

Lovely items and timely delivery even through this difficult time with the covid-19 .thank you guys for being awesome

This online shop is amazing, their products are high quality and really cute. I have been a customer for quite some time now and not once I’ve been disappointed. They respond back quickly whenever you have a question about anything related to your order/shipment, which is very helpful and I’m grateful for that. And oh, the people who run this shop are so NICE :3
Love this shop :)

I've ordered from Totemo Kawaii a few times and have had no issues with them. I've ordered some hoodies that fit really nice and I love their free item options when you spend over a certain amount. I got a cute colorblock t-shirt and a rilakkuma shoulder bag that gets complemented all the time. Every item I receive from them is really good quality!

Got an awesome sailor moon bag, excellent quality!!

This online store is one of my favorites to get my kpop merch from. I expected a little bit of a wait when getting my items, so no biggie on the 2-4 week shipment. Sometimes they even came in earlier and that was a great surprise. This store really deserves a 10 out of 5 stars!! Love it 😍💜

Customer service is always willing to help and communicate! Really cute accessories- I’ve been buying from Totemo Kawaii since 2016! Pretty affordable prices!

I have shopped with this company many times and have always received all the products I ordered in good condition, time and to a high standard. Any times I have contacted the companies owners they have always been helpful and have great customer support no matter where you are from in the world. I will continue to shop at this store as they always have new cute stock.

My experience with Totemo has been excellent! I’ve ordered more than once from this site and it always completes my expectations. The crew is truly amazing and replies to emails in a few hours. They also have a lot of items and choices and I think it’s really great!

My experience with Totemo is nothing but great! My packages take some time, but they are in great condition. I enjoy shopping and finding new things that I like. I am glad I found this shop❤️

Honestly, this is the best online shop I've ever encountered. Not to sound cliche or anything, but I have really liked their products. They are all so cute and adorable. They also arrive in good condition. Plus, there is a lot to choose from:)

I think Totemo Kawaii shop was my first place to ever buy something of Bts when I first got to know them. I love all the bts merch that they have there. They are all very cute and beside all there merch are very affordable too. Plus they so kind and respectful when you have any questions they answer right away. I recommend Totemo Kawaii!

Shopped from their many times never had a problem

I’ve shopped here numerous times, each one amazing. I’ve received what I ordered in top quality really fast.
And the one time shipping went wrong, they were super helpful and fixed the issue quickly!!!
All the love to these people.

The owners of Totemo are always kind and get back to me when I email them as soon as possible. They work hard every day to make sure everything is perfect for their customers. Plus, they have very reasonable prices on things other merch stores may have, but at a higher price (I won't throw one under the bus right now). I'll always come back to get plenty of things on here.
