We highly recommend Townhouse Lettings after recently selling an apartment with Will and his team. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Will was extremely proactive throughout our sale, from liaising directly with our tenants to arrange viewings, to negotiations with the buyer through to all his dealings with the solicitors during the conveyancing process. Will was always contactable and more than happy to help with any queries. Will went above and beyond to ensure he provided the very best service to his clients and all interested parties involved in the sale. We thoroughly recommend Will and his team to anyone selling or renting their property.

All of the team at Townhouse lettings have been wonderful. Even with the challenges of lockdown they still delivered an impeccable and professional service. We won’t go anywhere else, they are simply the best at what they do.

Recently purchased a flat through Townhouse. Will was the estate agent I was communicating with and he was extremely helpful. He was able to provide me with all the information that I requested. Really smooth process and had no issues at all. He has also helped answer the questions I had even after the sale. Really happy with the service, very professional and would definitely recommend!

We can highly recommend Townhouse Lettings for both their property rental services and for the sale of a house. They have managed our rental property very effectively for many years finding good tenants quickly. The whole team are very professional, easy to deal with and understand the markets. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. We subsequently chose to sell our property with Townhouse which they did with the same professionalism. Very efficient with good communication and support throughout the whole process.

We let our property with Townhouse Lettings and I cannot explain how brilliant they have been throughout the process, right from getting all the compulsory checks and assessments completed to managing the property on our behalf. Will is brilliant and always quick to respond.

We had issues with the heating system specially in the second floor. Gladly Matt came over and he was able to fix it. Thank you for your quick response we really appreciate it.

Was a Townhouse tenant from August 2019 - October 2020. Matt was my main contact throughout. He was friendly, professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Any queries or maintenance issues to the main office were dealt with quickly and effectively. They didn’t hold back any of my deposit - as a private renter of over 12 years I’ve never experienced this! Other greedy landlords always try to claw back something unfairly. If you have a chance to rent with Townhouse you should do it. By far the best landlord/letting agent I’ve had the pleasure of renting from. Matt deserves a pay rise!

I moved in July '20 and primarily dealt with Matt for the viewings and moving in. He kept in contact throughout, was flexible with viewing times and answered all my questions. I've dealt with him since for a minor issue and this was resolved quickly.

I've also dealt with Emily over matter to do with payment (the error of One Manchester), again she was prompt, friendly and efficient.

So far I've been impressed with the service received from Townhouse lettings and would recommend to others.

Townhouse have done a fantastic job letting our properties for nearly a decade now; we've been very fortunate to have had good tenants as they've been very careful on their choice of tenants. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for hassle free and responsible management of their properties.

Great service. We have used townhouse letting 3 times now to advertise our rental property. Each time the property has been listed instantly and we have had viewings arranged within days. Townhouse lettings have helped us to successfully find suitable long term tenants each time. I can definitely recommend and will continue to use in the future.

No complaints - made the process very easy and were good with social distancing, wearing a mask etc. All forms were signed through an easy online portal.
