I am sorry to did not see the cancellation notification.
If we enforce a cancellation, the terms of the policy are that we must give at least 7 days' notice in writing to the last known address.
As we have no control over the postal service time frame for the delivery, the notification is also sent via email, to ensure the notification is received in advance of the cancellation date.
Our complaints team will be in touch to explain how you can escalate your concerns.

If you accept your renewal early, payment will be collected straight away. If the policy is not set to renew automatically, for your security, we are unable to hold onto card details to process payment on the renewal date.
