Still waiting...

Still waiting for a parcel which I purchased for a specific occasion which has now come and gone. Went into Asda to explain the situation and they were not very helpful. The only contact details is an email which you can only use if you are a member of staff. Suffice to say I sent them an email regardless in protest. I will not be using this service again. As for Georgie Porgie at Asda, if you are at all interested in retaining your online customers, sort this mess out please.

ToYou are useless

ToYou are useless, we are a retailer that ToYou delivers returns for, they send us so many other store missships it's unbelieve and worse still they won't take them back so they all are sent to charity so if your retailer doesn't get your return then you now know why. We have tried to contact "ToYou" but they don't want to know. Don't use them again, I know I never would, but charities will be happy with the pallets of missships that we send to them every week.

Thief's in there distribution centre do not send expensive items back by this method

Sent a Z Fold 5 back through these via Mazuma mobile , never even thought about reading the reviews as you would expect Asda to be reputable how wrong was I!!

Tracked the parcel all the way through to there distribution centre which I sent off on the 19/11/24 and and it made its way to the main distribution centre and should have been on its merry way to Mazuma where some thieving scum bags has nicked it and they are now not responding to Mazumas emails and I'm massively out of pocket and can't get no money back for this via TOYOU insurance as they aren't issuing a lost email.

It's absolutely criminal spoken to the police as they have essentially stolen my phone from me , and also spoken to action fraud and trading standards, if there's no response soon I will personally seek civil action against your company regardless of the cost this is now principal and no one rips me off

THIEVES

THIEVES - NO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - I used this service to return faulty boots to SportsShoes company - received a receipt from ToYou from Asda instore - but SportsShoes has not received the boots. No help from Adsa and no contact number to speak to ToYou company. I am now £85 out of pocket. Sports Shoes company said this was not insured as I had used THEIR option of using AsdaToYou. I am thoroughly disgusted with Asda, ToYou and SportsShoes company.

Parcel missing again

Ordered a number of items from Asda George and tracking shows arrival at local depot then no movement since 31.12.24 . This is the 2nd time items have disappeared . Customer services unable to help and have just given me a refund as sadly all items are now out of stock . I don’t order a lot from Asda and very unlikely to do again given the high percentage of parcels that disappear .

ASDA toyou for Mazuma

I used ASDA ToYou to ship a couple of expensive devices to Mazuma Mobile.

After reading the horror stories on here, I was stressed out and watching my tracking like a hawk.

I packaged the devices myself (with bubble wrap around them) and used a QR code to drop them at my local ASDA. Easy peasy and took all of 2 minutes.

That evening, I checked the tracking and the parcels had been collected from store and were making their way to the local depot.

The parcels arrived at the local depot the next day, and were then sent on to the national depot.

They sat the national depot for a day maybe, and then were sent out to the retailer.

I then got confirmation from Mazuma the next day that they had received both parcels. I got the full value for the items I sent (and I sent them both in as excellent condition), so safe to say nothing way damaged in transit.

All in all, it was a pretty seamless experience, especially during Christmas time.

Awful service

Awful service. I returned a phone using this service on 11th Dec. It’s lost in the system somewhere & I have been told I have to wait 30days whilst they investigate. 1st & last time I will use this service. The returns locker itself in the store was very.insecure so I should never had used it.

My george@asda order has been at the to…

My george@asda order has been at the to you local depot since 12.53am on the 8th December and it’s now the 12th December at 14.45pm It hasn’t changed its status at all and when l queried this with asda customer service you can’t make head or tail of what’s being said as it seems to be an Indian call centre so not only do l have to attempt to understand the Indian accent but also there is the noisy background of other callers to contend with. My order was due to be in store yesterday but it’s still not changed status and l am sick & tired of such bad customer service. It wasn’t a cheap order so where is it ? How many calls do l have to make to get answers? Very angry / disappointed with this shoddy delivery process.

Asda to you are Theifs

Wish I had read reviews before posting with Asda to You, I sent a phone to Mazuma worth £570 for tracking to stop at the retailer and it hasn't been delivered. Clearly the people who work at there national depot are theifs. No way of contacting them either to chase up the delivery. How can they be allowed yo get away with this! 😡🤬

ASDA - toyou delivery service

ASDA - toyou delivery service is the worst delivery service I have ever encoutered. I sent a phone to Mazuma ( who are fantastic by the way ) and it is almost 3 weeks and they have not received it. The "toyou" website is so badly designed and there is no way of contacting their customer service if at all they have one. MY ADVICE IS PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THEM AND USE ANOTHER DELIVERY SERVICE. ALSO KEEP AND TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR "Return Receipt". I hope mazuma also take heed as this could eventually bring them into disrepute. So many BAD reviews cannot be a coincidence!!!!!!

Parcel sent to Mazuma Mobile

My parcel was sent from Asda to Mazuma Mobile with no issues at all. It took 3 days. I was a bit worried because of the bad reviews, but everything was fine.

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE

Complaint email sent and absolutely no reply. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU VAULE YOUR ITEMS. SHOCKING SERVICE

High Value returns seem to go missing!

Be very careful of using this courier service to return tech items to companies. I used service to trade in my iPhone 14 with Mazuma (who are great). It has disappeared from tracking now for 12 days.

I am not alone in this experience see others reviews and I think Asda should be looking into how these items seem to be going astray in their care is their criminality at play?

It’s more inconvenient but I will be using Royal Mail Special Delivery in future. It may be a faff to drop at the post office but it won’t get stolen. I will be £250 out of pocket.

Shocking

Shocking! Apart from the fact the sizes were useless -shoulders so wide you'd think they were from from the 80's and waist so small I couldn't pull the sweatshirt down!!! Obviously returned them only to find out they were supplied by 'Georhe Brandsin' and I have to contact them about my returns (I haven't received my refund} However Asda have not supplied any contact details!!! However my contract is with Asda not a third party so I will be pursuing them for my refund. Would have given zero stars if this had been an option.

Thieves - Do not use !!!!

I was expecting an order from Sephora which was supposed to be delivered to Asda Cape Hill in Birmingham. I received an email at 11:53 from Toyou stating that my parcel was ready to collect, followed by a second email at 12:03 saying "thanks for collecting your Toyou parcel". I live a distance from Asda and it's not even feasible for me to get there within 10 minutes. Obviously, someone else has been given or taken my parcel, without the required ID as well.

I've never used your service and have seen your Trustpilot reviews which speak for themselves. It's a shame that this company is still operating with the number of parcels that have gone missing. I want to know where my parcel went and who was responsible for dropping it off at Asda? I have noticed that you don't care about responding as all Trustpilot comments have been ignored by this company.

I will ask Asda to review CCTV and investigate; I expect you to do the same.

Paid next day delivery for it to be cancelled

Ordered a few items from George, Asda. Paid for next day delivery only to recieve a text message on the day it was due to be delivered saying it would be delayed up to 48 hours. Had never heard of ToYou before but now that I have I'll certainly be avoiding them from now on. Asda did however refund me my next day delivery charge which I appreciate but unfortunately I needed the items for the day I was expecting them to be delivered.

THIEVES!!!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would have. I dropped a Boohoo parcel off on the 05/10/24 at the Earley Chalfont Way location with SIX items in it. By the time Boohoo received the parcel, there was only ONE item inside. Boohoo have CCTV of the parcel being opened and processed with only the one item. Now that I've looked at the reviews, it looks like this happens a lot.
Now I've lost out on a substantial amount of money as they won't refund me. I can't find anywhere to report the issue to To You. I went into my local Asda where the parcel was dropped off, and they were no help. They tried, and provided a customer service for number for George, but every department I spoke to said they couldn't help.
