Unreliable and frustrating. Avoid.
Had nothing but trouble with late / missing orders since Asda started using this company . The final straw being my large click and collect Christmas order recently disappearing except for a random pair of socks . Had to chase for a week but eventually Customer service dealt with the refund, sadly I couldn’t reorder as items were then out of stock. This has sadly put me off of ordering anymore from Asda online as its become totally unreliable .

Took parcel to Asda, Leyland. Very poor knowledge of tracking by the assistant in the store.
However received prompt email with tracking link.
Educating Asda staff of how the process works would be helpful.

Someone needs to investigate this company. Too many parcels seem to go missing always making it to local depot then whilst sending to national depot the parcels disappear. How can a tracked parcel just disappear with nothing being done about it. Two separate parcels sent at the same time both went missing. No responsibility taken by company. Scammers! Thieves!!

I wish I had read the reviews about this courier before I shopped with George at Asda, are they affiliated to Asda, if so why aren't they trying to sort out the major problems toyou have, I ordered an iron from George on the 09/11/23 and was told to expect delivery on the 13/11/23 so no delivery no e-mail nothing, Checked tracking it said it was at the national hub, I called toyou on there phone no, eventually got hold of a customer service member (outsourced to another country) who stated it was at the hub and to allow 24 - 48 hours for the delivery, so three days later checked tracking still at the hub not moved, spent an hour on the phone trying to get hold of customer services only to be told looks like your parcel has disappeared, asked what I wanted to do I asked them to cancel my order and refund me. he stated he could not do this but would pass it on to cancellation dept, and to wait for their e-mail, I wonder how long this will take as they took the money on the day I ordered (09/11/23), I re ordered the iron from Currys it did cost an extra tenner but I collected it the next day,
If so many parcels are going missing (judging by the reviews) are the police involved in this obvious large scale theft from a large delivery hub

Absolutely abysmal service my click and collect order is now three days late and I haven’t even received a simple email as to why, I’m unable to track my parcel, and what’s worse I’ve emails the company themselves and haven’t heard a thing back, I’m concerned that my parcel has been lost and I can’t even get a refund because I can’t send the item back as I don’t have it. I will never be using this service again and I will never recommend it to anyone. Worst that Evri… and that’s saying a lot

Awful experience! Purchased an item and payed additional cost for next day collection. 2 days later I receive an email with tracking. I track it and can see it is delivered to a national centre, then delivered to a local centre then its in transit to my collection point. On the 3rd day I’m told it has gone missing and they don’t know where it is! No apology for the distress caused to my child not having a costume to wear for Halloween! Really bad company, avoid them at all costs!!!!

Not good, similar to everyone else posted a music magpie beginning of the month quoted for around 200 parcel stops tracking after it reached national hub. Customer services responses below par. What is going on? How can we get these people investigated?

This service has been fine in the past, but I too have a package thats stopped at the National Hub and gotten no further.

Yep.. it’s been stolen.. no change in weeks, now raised with MM claims department. £150 given rather than the £500 value quoted. The thieves at this national hub are getting rich off our mobiles and need to be investigated and sacked.

Music magpie have given me £150 but the phone was worth £208 so I asked toyou to cover this but to no avail. AVOID THEY ARE CROOKS

Commiting theft and fraud
So to begin with as many other reviewers have said on here,the parcel was posted using the asdatoyou service on the 28th of september.
Got to the national hub the next day and hasn't moved since.
This was a music magpie item which i was sellign to music magpie.
Now after contacing toyou customer services of which i have had NO REPLY.
I have contacted music magpie customer support and they have now advised me that they are going to look into the matter.
As many others have said here,there is definitely Theft of some sort going on at the toyou distribution centre.
Item has now been blocked by music magpie so it will now be useless to anyone that has it.
Thank goodness for that.
At least music magpie are helping me with this.
So all in all to sum things up.
AVOID USING THIS SERVICE AT ALL COST.
You will have a proper headache to get issues resolved and if theft is the case here authorities will be involved Guaranteed.

Please do not use this courier. I posted a mobile phone to music magpie using these, it took a month yes a whole month to deliver and when it arrived the phone was in pieces. Was told that unless I had a picture of my item next to a date stamp ( newspaper etc) showing original condition then I was unable to make a claim against damage. Also there is no way of contacting them you have to do it through retailer- music magpie.

Williams ( catalogue) Returned it got my proof of sending then few days later received confirmation that toyou had the parcel After a couple of weeks I contacted JDW to enquire about my refund I was told they had not received the item Since July I have repeatedly contacted toyou In a nut shell they are not interested will not help me at all One email I was told they had checked cctv cameras in store to check if I had returned it (remember I have proof) I asked the customer advice How he knew who to look for An Asian person black European white ? But no comment from him John who was meant to be helping me I found him to be rude & disrespectful Its now nearly October still no luck with reimbursement Please do not use this service Seriously mean that I’m out of pocket & I’m not the first who has gone through this It’s disgusting ! Seriously thinking about not using Asda as my regular supermarket

Sent my parcel to music magpie, however tracking stopped at the national depot. Clearly, they have a problem with things going missing there judging my the other reviews. Offered no help in resolving the situation and told me to speak to music magpie. They are also utterly criminal asking for original proof of purchase before a claim could be processed. Clearly just a means of avoiding paying. Thanks to the incompetence of this company I have now got to proceed with a claim against music magpie through the courts.
