Not happy at all

Not happy at all. Inside uk usually delivery is made up to 5 days, often only 3 days. Was waiting for the dress, took 1 week till they updated that my order is on way to shop and another day to reach the collection shop. I knew Britain is huge country but common uts not too big

Thieves operating in depot…

I’m shocked that a well known retailer brand heads up this delivery service.
Parcels of any value will go missing between the depot and delivery destination.
Looking at the reviews, I’m led to believe that thieves operate in the depots, stealing parcels that they assume are mobiles and valuables.

Attention everybody

Attention everybody, before you think of sending via asda toyou returns. This company has a very bad reputation of tracking stopping at the national hub and not moving beyond this. I have had the same experience and will never ever be using this service even again. Parcel tracking seems to stop at the national hub and then the parcel just goes missing. Nobody is investigating this issue. Clearly they have thieves working a the national hub that are taking our parcels, hence tracking stopping at the national hub. Please read more reviews on this company and you will find that many customers have parcel tracking stopping at the national hub and parcels go missing from there. Do not use asda toyou returns and hopefully they will go out of business and the thieves will have no more parcels to steal.

I recently had a very disappointing…

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Asda ToYou that I feel compelled to share. I returned an item at one of their stores, but the man at the till couldn't scan the barcode on my parcel, so he entered it manually. He assured me that the return was processed and asked if I wanted a return label. Trusting him, I said no, assuming everything was in order.

However, my parcel never showed up in the tracking system, and the retailer can't locate it either. When I called the place where I returned my item, they informed me that it was too late to obtain a return receipt. I even went back to the store to speak with the staff in person, but they were completely indifferent to my issue. It seems like they either lost or stole my parcel.

To make matters worse, it's impossible to contact Asda ToYou directly as there is no contact information available on their site. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would caution others to be very careful when using Asda ToYou for returns.

Didn't get a choice of courier

Didn't get a choice of courier. Ordered from Asda George. Parcel was supposed to be delivered by this company today but no sign of my parcel and nine of the tracking numbers work! Absolutely appalling service!!
Raised it with George and they can't find it either so now I have to give them 24/48 hours to "look into it"

Placed an order on Sephora on the…

Placed an order on Sephora on the 20/05/2024 for next day click and collect. It is the 23/05/2024 and my parcel has not updated. In fact after trying to contact Sephora (no luck) my tracking changed to “Thank you. We have received your returned parcel“. But now there are two parcels showing… regret using this method. Lots of reviews stating parcels went ‘missing’

QR Scanner at Asda Hollingbury broken

Not used the service previously and it all worked apart from the QR scanner at Asda was defective, of course the people in the queue were judging each other as it stubbornly refused to work. You can use the order # but I forgot my reading glasses so the patient Asda colleague helped out and said the scanner doesn't work. I suspect its been a while....

I wish i knew to check the reviews…

I wish i knew to check the reviews before using this service. I made an order with Sephora, and they advertised that they can do collections with ASDA ToYou, I've never used this before but it would be convenient, so why not? The day after Sephora's dispatch-crickets. I came here and saw the 1*s and knew to not be suprised if mine were missing too, as a parcel with 'sephora' but scream 'steal me' for the people at that bloody depot. I went to ASDA today, and on their handset, "Missing". On my phone, "There may be a problem with your parcel, but we are working hard to resolve this."

Where is watchdog? It's ridiculous for ToYou to be functioning if they have a sticky finger ring within the depot, especially when there is ZERO customer service for it. How can ASDA be getting away with a recorded bloody theft ring for 3 years?! It's even put me off shopping there.

If it's not too late for you, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. There's officially something less dependable than hermes/evri 🙄

Dreadful

Appalling. My click and collect order from George was supposed to be collected, a full 5 days after ordering from their alleged next day click and collect service. I've had nothing but an 'There may be a problem with your parcel, but we are working hard to resolve this' message for ages. They can't tell me what's wrong. I've now had to move away from the area and can't collect the item from this star, they won't redirect elsewhere.
Sort it out.

Lost Parcel & No Updates

No text updates regarding my George parcels, of which there were two, as the delivery was split. The collection date was a good 9 days after ordering, so I turned up to be given one parcel with a shrug and told “don’t know what’s happened to the other one, you should hear something”
Rang customer services to be told the parcel was lost and they wouldn’t be able to fulfil the order.
Plus one of the items is now out of stock so I can’t even re order.
I’ll never use this collection service again, especially after reading the reviews here. Next time I’ll get things delivered to my house.
Really annoying.

Do not use this service!

Do not use this service!
Managed to lose my return parcel within three days of having it and couldn’t be bothered to try and find it.
Am currently seeking a refund from the retailer as it was their recommendation return courier.

Someone must be filling their car boot at the national hub because no parcels seem to get past that point.

Absolutely appalling service.

Parcel pick up

I got to Asda to pick up parcel but they hadn't been sorted, but Chloe at Didcot Asda went and sorted through to find it for me.
She was a lovely friendly girl who went out of her way for me, and saved me another trip back.

Disgusting

2 of my parcels have been lost from December 12th. I was told it was investigated and they will contact the retailer so I get my refund. The retailer is refusing and I’m now being ignored by Asda to you. Appalling behaviour. Reading the reviews it’s a common thing from them. Will not be using this method again. Disgusting.

Currently dealing with a lost parcel…

Currently dealing with a lost parcel that asda lost. I received a text saying to collect and I waited an hour in store for them to tell me they couldn’t find it. Then gave me no updates and I’m currently fighting to find out where my parcel that I paid for next day delivery is for so it would be here in time for Christmas.
