It was sent on the 07/09/23 and the tracking stopped at your national depot. After reading the Trustpilot horrible reviews I am convinced my parcel disappeared due to a case of staff fraud. This seems to be your claim to fame: the parcels for MusicMagpie never get there. I do not understand why Music Magpie( or any retailer or normal customer will ever want to associate with you. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews and now I am paying for it. Extremely disappointed and angry . How such a big company like ASDA tolerates this level of staff fraud? I will never use you again and advise everyone I can to do the same. What's worst is that I won't ever use Music Magpie due to your appealing service. Your maximum compensation does not cover the value of the item, and it takes forever.

Used their drop off service to send a phone to MusicMagpie, like other reviews it reached their National depot and all tracking stopped. Got in touch with customer service which was pointless, they told me that after a full investigation they could not find the package, bearing in mind they sent this reply only a few hours after my first email to them 🙄. Got in touch with music magpie to
try and get my money back and needed proof of purchase and imei number which i didn’t have because the phone was a gift!! Id avoid using this service at all costs, appalled by the number of reviews that have dealt with the same problem I have.

Like many others I used Asda ToYou to send a device to Music Magpie. For 4 weeks it has shown as being ‘In Transit’ yet was due to be delivered by 10/08/23.
They have ignored my emails.
I can only assume they employ thieves

I sent my Macbook Air 2018 off to MusicMagpie on 19th August using Asda toyou. Tracking was slow but eventually it updated to say that it was at the local depot and then the national depot on the 24th August. Since then - nothing! Today I have been contacted by Asda toyou to tell me that my parcel cannot be found. MusicMagpie have also contacted me to say that they have been notified that the parcel has gone missing and that I need to go through the claims process, by providing them with the IMEI number, proof of purchase and the courier receipt.
Had I had the foresight to read up on Asda toyou I would never have used the service and becuase I didnt think that my Macbook Air would get stolen I didnt think to make a note of the IMEI number (I do have proof of purchase and the courier receipt, so I am living in hope that someone will do the right thing). My advice - avoid these thieves at all costs! I dont know how Asda can associate themselves with this company, theyre disgraceful!

Returned a parcel in July with toyou to New Look which has gone missing, Just had an email from toyou to basically say we don’t care and we are not going to investigate what has happened. Luckily New Look were very helpful and could see that the parcel had been lost and refunded my money. WELL DONE New Look.

Ordered through George asda to collect scanned and the machine they said it didn't come through so waiting at the desk as they asked me too and very rude asda worker comes out and give my massive 3 parcel delivery to a random stranger wasn't until I've shouted that it was my name on the box she didn't even check with this person and was just giving my order to someone else!! So rude when I was asking for my order no ask for id or checking just ridiculous won't bother again

Terrible service
Worse service I have ever experienced- returned a parcel - had my receipt printout - when over 30days later still no refund & I queried I was told as they could not see CCTV footage I could not have returned it !! After escalating they then found my parcel - terrible service would not use again
Aweful system
Tried to return a parcel at Asda today. Scanned the QR code on the kiosk and the machine errored - when a member of staff opened it he pulled out the returns label which was all chewed up and unusable.
A member of staff tried putting in the code and said she couldn't accept the parcel because it was already marked as delivered. So despite having received an email from ToYou to say that they have received my return parcel the woman at Asda could not actually take the parcel! How does this even make sense?
She then told me that they do not accept double labels so I'd need to go online and get a new code from the website the parcel was from. I tried to do this and told her it was not possible as the products are marked as returned and so I couldn't make a new return code for them. She then preceeded to tell me that this was my problem and that I would need to go away and contact the vender to ask them to give me a new code. I don't get how their faulty system not working is my problem but ok... 🤯

Misleading
Offer customer next day delivery and tell them to collect after 5pm. When you go the desk the advisor says the driver hasn’t come today. This service needs to provide a better service and if there is a problem with the delivery at least email your customers. Now the item I’ve brought she going back. So you’ve just lost a sale

I’m going to contribute to these reviews. Sent my iPad device on 18May. Tracking and last update was 21May with “Your returned parcel has arrived at our national depot”. I’ve been reading the previous reviews and looks like there’s a pattern of devices not reaching its destination. I emailed the courier and here’s part of the response “ The parcel's tracking ceased in transit on 21/5/23 and unfortunately after a full investigation I have been unable to locate it in our network.”
Too slow
Too slow, parcel dropped off on a Wednesday and still not received the other end on the following Monday. Would’ve been quicker to drive it there myself!!
Very Poor Communication
I received an email saying my parcel from Asos was ready to collect in store, however when i went to the store the machine to enter order details was all taped up with a sign (scribbled bit of paper) saying it was not working. I asked to speak to member of staff about what I could do to retrieve my parcel and they just shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know. I wish Asos wouldnot have used this as an option, I could have got it delivered somewhere else. No isea at this point if I will ever get it. Will not use again.
Asda Should not be creating these problems for customers
Used Asda ToYou to send an IPad to Musicmagpie but like so many other reviews here the item didn’t make it past the national centre of Asda ToYou. There is a strong sense this is not lost and has been stolen which for a company like Asda is quite incredible given the reputational damage this can cause. Also trying to get anyone from Asda Toyou to even discuss the matter is impossible. The concept of the service is sound but there does seem to be a major issue with security with Asda and therefore I would suggest no one should use this service until confidence in the service can be restored. I’m over £400 out of pocket thanks to this.
