Ordered items from Decathlon for…
Ordered items from Decathlon for delivery to local Asda. Items dispatched and that's the last I heard of them. Tracking just keeps showing there is a problem with your order and I am still waiting for a reply to my email about the whereabouts of my items.
I am writing this review on behalf of…
I am writing this review on behalf of myself and the other 87% of other unfortunate customers who have suffered a loss after trusting to sell their device using this courie service / company to Music Magpie. I will make it my goal to ensure that not only has this been reported to Trading Standards but shout it from the rooftops and make people aware not to use this joke of a company or shall I say scammers. I sold my 4 month brand new IPhone 14 plus to music magpie and just like other innocent people my phone never made it past the national depot. Despite handing over my proof of purchase, my IMEI number and personal details so music magpie could investigate this through my “insurance” I was promised I would receive I have received an email to state my compensation will be £0.00. I have tracking numbers, receipts, I even have confirmation from my network provider that the phone hasn’t been used, however music magpie claim that the phone was stolen so therefore I can claim back nothing. How can you prove that this phone was stolen ? How can you do this to innocent people day in and day out and continue to get away with it? Unfortunately for you, you have picked on someone who is like a dog with a bone and will report this not only to the police I will be taking court action. You have caused myself and other customers nothing but emotional stress and you should be ashamed of yourselfs. I pray that this company and music Magpie are shut down.
Where is my parcel?
Parcel is late and all tracking says is "there may be a problem"
What is the problem? Where is my parcel? Why don't you answer emails?
Lost my parcel
Lost my parcel.
Still haven’t managed to find a number to call. Which shows they clearly hate customer service and hide it from you.
Clothes parcel clearly been stolen on return. Which shows the kind of people they employ.
DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE!

I used Asda toyou to send my MusicMagpie parcel back on 13th April and my parcel was “lost in transit”. Almost 4 weeks later and I’ve had no update on whether I’m going to be compensated, despite chasing daily to their customer services- appalling service.
ToYou courier stole my MusicMagpie parcel
I used ToYou to send my phone to Music Magpie. Surprise surprise, my parcel was ‘lost’. All ToYou did was apologise to me for the inconvenience. No information on how to take things further. Do not use this company as their couriers are thieves.

Slow and package is being held in the store without me being able to pick it up because the asda workers takes days to scan it into their system
AVOID DO NOT USE THEY ARE DESPICABLE MATE
Avoid this company mate its shocking sent my coat by to footasylum and they have told them it was lost in transit now when I asked they was really snotty with me asking me to prove this and that even though I had the confirmation email and tracking number lucking enough the retailer have replaced my item with something similar but I think my parcel was stolen can't prove it but I'm just want to warn other people there absolutely shocking mate despicable
Theft of phone!
First time of using them and the item (a mobile phone) conveniently gets lost. Would never use again; the item leaves Asda, arrives at the national hub and vanishes from tracking. Dodgy!
Avoid!
DO NOT USE!
DO NOT USE!!
The assistant in ASDA printed the wrong label with the wrong name and retailer on. My parcel has been sent to a completely different retailer and subsequently lost! I’m now fighting to get my parcel back from a different retailer. £187 down, no numbers or emails to contact toyou.
Would put 0 stars if could ‘ToYou’…
Would put 0 stars if could ‘ToYou’ accepted parcel from me in Dartford Living store by young and inexperienced staff who said no problem to accept return to Zara, produced wrong label and when I messaged them to return the parcel back to me they could not find it anymore. Later I find out they don’t do returns for Zara. Ordered 1 item for my son for Christmas for the very first and very last time and still not got my parcel back. ToYou blamed me and not their staff who in my opinion need training and ignored my message for any resolution since Feb/2023. Disgusting Customer Service, no direct number, only email, which each time produces new incident number. Contacted AsdaCustomer Service but they distance themselves and did not respond to me to my request to escalate this as complaint.
I won't use them again
In theory , this is a great service. However, 2 weeks after sending my parcel back , it is still showing as "on its way back". Is there a massive glitch in the tracking system? When I contacted the shop that the parcel was being returned to, they thankfully reimbursed me when I supplied all my details and tracking.
Only got 1 star as it won’t let me put…
Only got 1 star as it won’t let me put zero. They have lost my phone that I was selling to music magpie. Now they tell me to seek a refund from music magpie even though it’s toyou who have lost or possibly an employee has stolen it from their warehouse. Customer service is shocking I’d avoid these like the plague.
Thieving company
Thieving company
I believe all the reviewers on trustpilot. This company is a thieving company and I don't think they are even a legit company. I ordered a wallet from ASOS to have it delivered by this company to Asda for click & collect, they claimed they never received it from ASOS but i had confirmation it was sent out to them. I trust ASOS company and ASOS has a very quick delivery service. When I emailed toYou to enquire only one person named Ann O'Brien responded on two separate dates. I think it's a fake company full of thieves. Can't believe Asda has partnered with this company. Avoid having your goods delivered and returned by this company! Please read all reviews on trustpilot!
Lost Parcel
I returned a parcel to Ideal World on 28/3/2023 via Toyou. On tracking the item it just says Toyou have received it no further movement. I contacted Ideal World who have advised me to contact Toyou. This is virtually impossible. No way of contacting them. shocking service
ToYou will cost me £170 for returned good.
I returned my £167 ASOS order to Asda ToYou. The store employee took my parcel and provided me with a receipt with the incorrect return number on (this return number does not match any return made on my ASOS account). I have spoken to ASOS who have said without proof of return, I still have to pay for the order and there is nothing they can do. I have since been to asda who have shown me CCTV footage of me returning the order however they are unable to provide me with this. They are also unable to provide me with a copy of my return receipt with the correct return number. I am trying to fight this battle as I am a single mum of 2 young children and cannot afford to pay £167 for items I no longer have. The service received is just absolutely appalling if I am honest.
After sending 3 devices
After sending 3 devices - iPad , iPhone SE , iPhone 12
December 16th through Toyou at Asda. I am still waiting for my lost/stolen devices to be paid.
I have sent all necessary paperwork with proof of ownership weeks ago. My parcel was received and tracked for 3 days and was last shown at National depot. It has been a nightmare trying to get response from musicmagpie and only being to respond to an email thread. No separate email for claims department. No phone number to call. All slow responses have said we are looking into this. This has been 2 and a half months. After reading all the reviews on trust pilot I see this has been a regular on going problem with peoples parcels disappearing. There is obviously someone stealing all these. My experience with musicmagpie has been terrible and I am still waiting for my money. Truly shocking service
Toyou have told me that they returned…
Toyou have told me that they returned both my trainers to SIZE.
SIZE has told me they only received 1 pair which iv been refunded, SiZE won’t refund me for the 2nd pair until received from Toyou, I was refunded January 6, so I’ve asked mangers from ASDA , still waiting.
Do not use Toyou , as customer service answer is “we sent them” is as much as you get,
NEVER AGAIN WITH TOYOU ASDA
I do know that ASDA post office did give them TOYOU to deliver
Lost parcel- Still waiting for money back!
I sent a parcel back via Asda2You for DLSB on January 17th. Checked on 19th Jan, it was at their National Sorting Hub. Today, on February 12th, tracking information is still showing at being still at the sorting hub. I've emailed DLSB about 15 times since January 19th and have still no answer from them either - I am just waiting for my £30 refund, which no one seems in a rush to deal with. Poor service from Asda and very obviously a poorer lack of communication.

Like many probably hundreds of other people, i'm having a problem with Asda toyou.
I sent a parcel back to ideal world on 22 January via asda toyou.
Tracking stopped on 23January just saying on its way back.
Ideal world have said they havent received it and cant seem to contact toyou.
How is this allowed to go on, has anyone contacted trading standards over this company or asda customer service, where they any help.
Has anyone got their money back?
