Ordered a compact vanity table from TikTok shop on off €19.99 (25th August), never received the table then they took another €9.99(25th August) for some membership fee and on the 28th August they attempted to take €41.20 my bank highlighted this as fraudulent and blocked the payment. I reached out and asked for an order status was informed no order had been made that this was membership fees and I was not due a refund! Customer service agent was no help and advised this is on the contract when signing up I didn’t sign up I purchased something and it signed me up. This is a scam website do not buy from them.

Update: problem solved. The customer service team has got back to me quite quickly and solved the issue.
An issue happened on TikTok shop where an error occurred but still charged.

Do not use this company
I have been contacted again, I am still awaiting my refund as well as what I purchased from them.
They have also requested that I update my review to a favourable and then and they will then refund my money.
This Company needs to be looked into as this is not the correct way to deal with issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just had an email from Mary! Offering to refund me if I change my star rating, even telling me what to say. Blackmail at its best! Total scam company avoid.
