They sign you up without your consent to pay monthly for an unwanted service, and they condition the refund on a 5-star rating on Trust Pilot. It's almost blackmail.

Ils t'abonnent sans ton consentement à payer tous les mois pour un service pas désiré et ils conditionnent le remboursement à 5 étoiles sur trust pilot. C'est presque du chantage.

The company should notify customer BEFORE they purchase a product that they are actually buying into a membership and not just purchasing a product. The experience of clarifying this fact was handled well. Thank you!

I got into contact with toystory over membership that i told to get off or removed. Later it got in touch to complete it via emails. Phoned up by my family to discuss removal and update past charge to be paid back.

I've had some issues to cancel my membership and Alero really helped me by answering all my questions and made it very easy to me to understand what to do

The V8 engine is a total SCAM, it took months to get, and it is ALL JUNK and expensive for fake plastic rubbish. Just hope we don't have one of those membership scams also. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE
