Avoid if you value customer service.
TCO are unable or unwilling to respond to emails yet have the time to respond to a review on here, it occurs that they care more about their image than their actual customer service.
I have confirmation of delivery of return but still no refund.
Each time I do get an emailing from them it's along the lines of "sorry for delay, staff member sick"!
Also, in my last review I commented on the lack of phone number which they said was unfair, I believe its totally fair. A conversation can mostly resolve all conflict, information in a message however, can not.

We strive to make the refund process as smooth as possible for our customers. Our system checks all three checklists (order numbers, email addresses, and tracking numbers) to ensure everything matches and triggers the refund immediately.
Most of our customers receive full refunds when they use the same email address and tracking number as their original order. However, in your case, a different email address was used on the return form, which made it difficult for our system to automatically detect the return tracking number.
If you had used the same email address and provided the tracking number when submitting the return request, it would have helped us expedite the investigation.
Since there was a different email address and a missing tracking number on the return form, it took us longer to investigate the issue. If you could kindly consider revising your 1-star rating to a 2-star rating, it would help us greatly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The order was sent to my son because you wont deliver outside the UK.
The order was sent to my son who was supposed to forward it.

Your inability/unwillingness to deliver outside the UK means your service is abysmal.
This review now is pending during discussions on a possible change of policy regarding exports to the EU, and France.

I am so sorry to hear this. We delivered your order to your son's UK address you provided at the time of order. Your son could not visit you in the South of France for personal reasons. I understand your goods still need to be received in the South of France.
I understand you're venting and disappointed that we cannot offer international shipping service to France.
Then, Brexit and French customs made things very difficult, VAT complication, and expensive fast delivery for both sellers and customers. It's beyond our control.
A 1-star rating does not justify our bad delivery or inability to ship to France.
Can you please revise your rating?

I googled that you can buy Everlbuild Sealants from Republic of Ireland websites and get them to ship to South France. Irish Sellers will offer the fast shipping and no custom fees. It might work for you.

On a serious note:
To start the EU/France Shipping. it is not impossible but it is not so simple policy to set up. it's going to be very long progress unless EU/French Goverment offers free movement of goods to the UK.

This was my first time ordering from this company. They were cheaper than other places i looked at. Everything was good from start to finish. Delivery times were good.
The only issue I had was that one of the panels I ordered was I not perfect on one corner. But I would use them again

Ordered goods and paid extra to have delivery within 2 working days, that was a week ago…no goods and no explanation. Still waiting for reimbursement. Job now held up and having to go else where!

Check your items before purchasing they actually come with a warranty!!
