Not informed of out of stock item until I requested an order update.
Placed an order on the 3rd May, emailed 8th May to ask about delivery dates and they then told me the product was out of stock.
Had I not emailed them for details of delivery I may have still been waiting for an item to be delivered that wasn't going to be delivered.

A great price & service
A great price - saved £60+ compared with other websites for the same items. Service and communications were terrific. Delivered next day by courier. Couldn't have asked for better

Please do not trade with tco
Purchased goods on Thursday before 1am for next day delivery by paying extra 15GBP. It's Monday today and still no signs of my order. They even haven't provided with any shipment information in order to contact carrier.
Only way to contact customer service is form on website, with response time - 1 working day. Even Patrysja on online sales chat do not response to my questions!
I have lost lots If money, because builders couldn't do they job, but still needed pay them wages. I am fuming!
Don't know yet how this bad experience will end up.
Please avoid trading with this company !
